Called Broadstairs roofing due to leak in attic conversion roof. Came out the next day, was very friendly and made sure details of the problem and potential solutions was explained clearly. Arranged and finished the job quickly and to a high standard. Would happily recommend John and his team.

I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I have used Adam previously, to replace the underlay of my roof. So I knew his work is of excellent quality. So I knew when I need more work done such as servicing a flat roof, replacing flashing and replacing guttering, soffits and facias. I could call on Adam to provide a good price and carry out a good job. This was carried out with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner.

Work involved replacing a timber box end to the roof and repair to another box. Scaffolding was erected and later dismantled efficiently while the work to the roof was performed quickly and equally efficiently. The site was left clean and tidy.

The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. While Tommy was completing a roof repair for a neighbour I asked if he did fascias, he was quick to confirm he did and when he finished came and checked what I needed. Firstly I would like to say how professional Mark and the team are - They carried out repairs and maintenance works plus netting and new ridges on my thatch the works were completed to a extremely high standard with a highly professional team I had daily updates on progress and the project was completed on time with no issues.
