First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

We called yesterday afternoon re a leak under our bath. Ben arrived this morning and fixed the problem within an hour. Was polite, informative and got the job done leaving our bathroom in an immaculate condition. Would use this company again in a heartbeat !!! Steve & Sophia.

We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. The visits were arranged quickly by their reception, without a long wait, even on the next day. Three different people, all on-time, polite, tidy and efficient.

Abdelrahman Sibous and Esmat came together to assess what I thought was a leak. They were charming, thorough, helpful and conscientious and confirmed that I didn’t have a plumbing problem. I would certainly want to employ them again, should I need to.

Wells Spa are the best - our absolute go-to. Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

Dan and the team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and taking the time to thoroughly explain the heating system in our new home. They were punctual, friendly, and professional, and recently upgraded us to Hive, giving us full remote control over our heating. The whole experience was seamless, and their commitment to customer care really shows. We can’t recommend them enough!

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Guys plumbing and heating we an excellent team to deal. Craig fitted a water softener into my kitchen cupboard. It was not easy to do but he was very patient and did an excellent job. I was incredibly pleased with how these guys helped my elderly father in law today. Keen to get his heating sorted after two weeks of no heating in his home. They prioritised his situation and solved it so quickly. Now he’s been given HIVE heating and the gentleman that helped even installed all the technology for him before hand at a reasonable price. He completed the work to an excellent standard and was helpful, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain the work and and answer any questions I had in layman's terms.

TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.

Hi to all at Robinson had a call out, which they always respond very fast , engineer came had to deal with a tap , plus a blockage which was a challenge coner was doing the job never gave up came back next day , got it sorted very professional easy to work with great understanding of customer needs , credit to him and the company. Wholesome Heating absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted to have exposed copper pipework fitted in our home and we had a clear vision in mind. They fitted our complicated heating system with ease and we’re so pleased with how beautiful it looks and how well it works.
