Alvin is the best (& only plumber) I will use for both my own and my rental properties. He is polite, professional, efficient and skilled. He always does his very best to get to us as soon as possible if we have a problem and is very fairly priced. I would highly recommend his services.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. We (New Life Church) used Ability to install a complete new commercial heating system into our large town centre building. Not an easy design and was a complex installation.
