I had a number of issues that needed addressing so I called various local plumbers for help. Agustin (AGM) was very helpful over the phone and visited the next day to see what I required. He was very helpful and just a nice chap. Gave me a ballpark price range that night which was reasonable and told me he was very busy but would try to fit me in quickly. I accepted the price and he did all of the jobs within a few days. Everything is now fixed and his work is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend AGM for all of your plumbing needs.

I recently had Agustin from AGM Plumbing LTD come to fix an issue with our electric shower, sent by our landlord. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Agustin initially assessed the situation and provided us with several options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. He recommended a solution he believed was best for us, which was very reassuring. On the day of the repair, Agustin arrived punctually and prepared the bathroom meticulously, even laying a protective sheet from the front door to the bathroom to minimise dirt. The installation of the new shower was seamless, and we absolutely love it. Impressively, he went beyond the call of duty by replacing the old silicone around the bathroom, even though it wasn't part of the original job. After completing the work, Agustin took the time to explain how to operate the new shower and offered useful tips on preventing mould. The work area was left spotless, cleaner than before he started. Agustin demonstrated key attributes such as punctuality, excellent communication, and consideration for our family schedule, ensuring minimal disruption. He was friendly and approachable, answering all our questions without making us feel like a burden. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly put our minds at ease. Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything. These guys are so professional, clean, keep you informed along the way. I had dramas once having my new cooker delivered paid for fitting and taking away the appliance. They could not do anything as it is gas. This team nothing was to hard for them they removed the old appliance from the property and have made arrangements to have it taken away. These young men are a dream come true so very happy with the service.

Had a problem fitting a new kitchen worktop. I nicked the gas pipe for the gas hob with the jigsaw cutting a small slit in the pipe. No gas for hot water or the job due to this. Phoned a gas company I had heard of who couldn't come for over a week. Googled gas emergency Bromley and these guys came up pretty close to the top. Gave them a call, this was about 2pm. Told this would be an emergency call (which of course it was) and to call them back at 5pm and they would let me know when they could attend that day. Did so and they were going to be there by 6pm. Called just before 6 and said they were running a bit late and would be there soon,. They were here about 6.30 and promptly replaced the pipe for a reasonable emergency call out charge plus parts etc. Very professional and clearly knew their stuff so they are now quoting for me on a new boiler. Recommend these fellas highly. 5 star.

Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

However, from planning, to advising, to providing us with a detailed quote and then to the perfect execution of the job, the Excellence Plumbing team was always at hand, even on a Saturday! We recently had work completed to lift and relay our shower base. The office were efficient in booking the work with an excellent understanding of the issue. The team arrived on site as arranged, equipped with everything they required to complete the job effectively, on schedule, without damage of shower screens and wall tiles. Steve (along with our architect) helped us to make some complicated decisions about the system we need. (We have low pressure into an old house, multi level house so needed help thinking it through). Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours. The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy. I can't rate them high enough.
