I have used this company for a variety of services during the last 17 years, and they are brilliant. All the employees are professional and friendly, they work hard and are reliable. I had a new combi boiler fitted by this company a few years ago this involved a lot of new pipe work, Mike,Scott and Brandon all worked in my house and were very efficient and friendly. I also have a service contract with them and a couple of plumbing problems I have had have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased with there work, and I will continue to do so

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service and support I received were outstanding. Mike was my first point of contact and came to assess the property. He explained everything clearly and provided a detailed, competitive quote - communication was excellent throughout. When I mentioned I had no hot water, he kindly expedited the installation by adjusting their schedule, which I really appreciated. The boiler was installed quickly, taking just one day. The two engineers were polite, efficient, and maintained a clean workspace, and despite my numerous questions, they were patient and friendly the entire time. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home while I ran errands – very trustworthy. Have had a maintenance contract with TMW for years now. They are always polite and friendly, and explain any questions we have. Brandon arrived very quickly (the same day), and was excellent fixing the blocked pipe which caused our boiler exhaust to make bubbling noises, and was also slowing the kitchen sink drainage. There was a black pipe against the back of the wall under the sink which we had never even noticed before. A small section of pipe needed cutting out and replacing. He completed the job quickly, and with very little mess. A brilliant service, as usual. Thank you TMW.

We have just had the boiler & central heating system renewed in our new home. Having used Mike & Scott to install & service the system at our old house, it was a no brainer to use them again.
