The work was completed satisfactorily but communication with the customer needs to be improved. I originally had a time of 12:00 to 18:00 which was fine. I then received an email saying 15:30. I then received another email saying 14:00. I queried this with the office and was told to ignore those emails! Then when Luke was on site at about 15:40 I got a text saying he would be here at about 16:30! This is the reason for 4 star review. Get that communication sorted and it will be 5 stars

This was our first year service for our new heating system. The communication from Guscott was top notch as usual and Sam the engineer called ahead of his arrival to confirm. The work was done quickly and Sam was very friendly and left no mess. Overall, this was another great experience from Guscott. Thanks guys :)

We've used Guscott Heating Services for over three years for various things ranging from new outside taps, problems with cisterns, boiler issues and now a new boiler at my mums. Guscott came to the rescue and from quote to boiler being fitted it was less than a week. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to Jack who then arranged for Lewis came out the same day to quote and then Harland moved things around so that my mum wasn't without hot water.
