I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Despite my reservations, the job went exactly as it should have and, it works! Jon is as honest as they come, he could've taken my money as I'm sure many would have, instead, he empowered me and has as a result won a customer for all future gas or plumbing jobs plus future recommendations. Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. Would definitely recommend bees knees plumbing.

Brilliant Plumber - very knowledgeable and at a good price. Had a airlock in the pipe, he came out next day and traced the problem to the source and fixed it.

TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.

He completed the work to an excellent standard and was helpful, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain the work and and answer any questions I had in layman's terms.

Peter quoted us on another visit for a boiler service. Provided him the make and model and he knowledgeably stated we would need a specific part replaced due to its age. Peter was spot on, and showed me the removed part partway through the service. If it hadn't been replaced we could have ended up needing a new boiler completely. Fantastic, honest work as always.
