I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. Called up on a Thursday morning report a leak from our electric shower. Britain's came out to look 2 hours later. Sent me a quote later that day which was very reasonable. Came and fitted the next afternoon. Excellent.

Steve & Co from Britain's Limited replaced the hot water cylinder for my Mother-In-Law. Great service, tidy job and all round done well.

TD Robinson installed a new combi-boiler for us, replacing our 30+ year old back boiler. Everything went very so smoothly. The engineers were friendly and very professional. The whole job went well, and everything was kept nice and tidy. I would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent service all round. Reasonably straightforward job I think, but within a couple of hours of my call (it was not an emergency) Jake arrived. He completed the work to an excellent standard and was helpful, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain the work and and answer any questions I had in layman's terms.

This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) .
