So glad I finally plucked up the courage to visit the implant experts. From the very first visit Dr O and his team put me at ease and were very re-assuring throughout the whole process. I’m so happy that I found this practice. The reception staff, dentist and nurse were all really kind and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed with the treatment I received. The dentist carried out a full examination and explained everything that needed to be done. Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.

I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. The actual treatment is very professional and done with care and sensitivity. I feel much better when I leave after my appointment.

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

My options and treatment plan were thoroughly explained and everything transpired exactly as forecast. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.
