I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. I now feel at ease to go ahead with the rest of my treatment plan.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Been a patient at Whitstable dental surgery for over 15 years. So thankful to the people who work there. The receptionists are so polite, helpful, and kind; they go out of their way to help you. As for the dentist, they are very experienced and professional.

Apart from a bit of a wait at reception for the receptionist to complete whatever it was she was typing, I found the rest of my experience at Whitstable Dental Centre to be very good. My dentist and assistant went right of their way to make me feel comfortable and supported. My dentist showed me the x-rays and explained things clearly. Would recommend!

I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle. Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.

I really liked the dentist and nurse. They were warm, friendly and informative, as well as patient with my young daughter. A little hidden gem in Canterbury, not that going to the dentist is supposed to be fun, but they made it stress free.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all. I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.

I use The Smile Centre for the dentist, for dental hygiene appointments. I cannot express how good Lindsey Peddle is at her job - I'm a bit of a nervous patient (through no fault of hers) and she is reassuring, kind and explains everything in such an easy to understand manner. I go in nervous, but come out so happy with the result and the exemplary service I get. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to keep their teeth clean and sparkling, she is simply great!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist (once in 10 years maybe..) but I love the smile centre! I started going here since I got dental insurance with my employer. It's not the closest option to me but the reviews and feedback were that good I wanted to try. My dentist is Ruth and she is amazing! Really calming and chatty throughout the process so I know what is happening and explaining the reasons why. She is super friendly and provides balanced and honest opinions when it comes to treatment choices. I highly recommend the smile centre 👏

These days I would only leave a review if after a few days or so, I am still impressed. So ten days on, here I am, still impressed. I had a molar root canal treament with Aisling Quinn. Aisling is very knowledgeable, thorough and her approach is calm and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease and before I knew it, she was done and my tooth has been very comfortable since. I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and it’s only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist “DR MOONIS” was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didn’t feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I won’t need a numbing injection as I won’t feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesn’t just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and I’m truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)

Cannot recommend Bridge Dentist practice enough! They are all fantastic! My three children have been here since a very young age. I went for the first time in 8 years recently as was terrified, they were all amazing with me! Everyone is so friendly and patient! I have now been to the dentist for treatment and to the hygienist and feel so much calmer all thanks to the dentist’s and staff on reception just being so great, you can always get an appointment easily, and they are beyond helpful!! The best dentist practice!!

I've been using this practice for well over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the treatments I have received. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. The dentists are easy to talk to and reassuring when explaining the treatments you need, which they perform quickly and painlessly. The nurses are very sensative and caring and put you at ease during the treatments. As this is a small practice I feel I get a more personalised attention and do not hesitate to recommend them.

After having moved from London to Kent I hadn't been able to register as an NHS patient with any local Dentists. However, after contacting Dentaline I found that 'My Dentist' in Faversham were taking new NHS patients. I called to book an appointment and spoke with their receptionist who was extremely helpful. I was seen within a fortnight by Onur Halil who proved to be excellent! He performed his initial examination, was easy to talk to, and provided answers to all of my questions. He gave me options for the way forward, and I have therefore booked my next appointment.

I experience serious dental anxiety after a bad experience many years ago. I was a bit of a wreck going in but the dentist Onur was understanding, and gentle, making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, filling was done very quickly and it went well, I’m just sorry he had to cope with me being so nervous as I needn’t have been so worried!

The staff at reception are always very helpful and pleasant. I've had many appointments cancelled and rebooked due to staff changes (dentists/hygienists). It's difficult to build a rapport with so many changes. I have been with My Dentist for more than 10 years I'm an NHS patient and have always been treated well.

I called Lupin's, a few weeks ago for trouble with a suspecting wisdom tooth. I had tried to make contact with my own dentist but unfortunately they had no appointments nor the time to speak to me about my worries. I called Lupin's after speaking to a few dentists in Faversham who again had little time or compassion as I was quite nervous. I called Lupin's and spoke to Lisa, she went above and beyond for me, as a new patient she took the time to listen to my worries and explained to me what was happening with my tooth, she booked me in for the following day to see a dentist and noted down my worries, Could not have asked for a kinder lady to speak to, especially when my own dentist's staff had been rather rude, Thank you Lisa and Lupin's for the exceptional service.
