Emergency Dental Appointment Faversham smiles. I would just like to share what amazing kindness, consideration to my needs and overall exceptional service from staff I received whilst away in Kent. The lovely calm, reassuring Dentist, Dr Balsam to the very kind dental nurse Jessica on reception who reassured and explained everything I needed to know regarding my visit! Great communication, compassion and kindness was shown throughout my appointment. Keep up the great work it made my worrying, emergency dental visit a very positive experience .

I recently visited for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself is modern and spotless, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Highly recommend!

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. I now feel at ease to go ahead with the rest of my treatment plan.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. We are over the moon with the treatment. As it was a front tooth we feel blessed to have found Burgate Dental Practice. Thank you

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

I needed a quick appointment after a toothache came on. I was seen quickly and am currently undergoing treatment for an abscess then a tooth extraction. The service at Simply Bright Senacre has always been good and I'm thankful to be with them.

Once again I received excellent care from the Senacre Dental Clinic. The reception team are friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person. Credit goes to my dentist Sadeesh, who as always, provided excellent treatment. He is professional but still maintains a gentle, respectful manner and takes time to really listen to my concerns. Ladies at this clinic are all lovely. Had a hygienist appointment at this clinic yesterday and it was the most pain free experience I’ve had. The trainee dental nurse was also sweet and knew of all other treatment prices. Would definitely recommend.

My son broke the retainers he had after his teeth straightening at a NHS orthodontist, I took the moulds to Steve at Confident, and they made a new set of retainers in an hour and a half! This saved a trip out of town, and about £100. Amazing service.

I would to thank Simon for being so understanding and extremely helpful and giving me the ability to smile without hiding my teeth, I hadn’t been to a dentist for far too long, after seeing an nhs dentist in my younger years left me very traumatised, part 1 of my journey was the courage to have teeth out which was far better than expected in NHS hospital, When I first spoke to Simon on the phone I felt at ease, I was still very apprehensive of anyone going near my mouth, I believe I became a project for Simon because of my difficulties allowing him to do his job, to be honest how he put up with me I don’t know, I very glad that he did and 100% pleased with his work , after me he will be able to help others so much easier. Phoned for an emergency appt at 9.30am and got a same day 12.30 slot...10 mins later got offered a 10.10 slot, popped along, greeted by lovely receptionist, once in treatment room was dealt with my dentist and her colleague, about 20 mins later i left minus a wisdom tooth(pain free) and felt like a proper brave lil soldier 😄(im 6ft and 16 st) thank you ladies.

I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain. I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service. Thankyou so very much to all the staff and also all the great reviews on here which lead me to deciding to register with this practice. I would highly recommend registering as the ease of process was amazing, I'd give this eternal stars if I could.

Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. Likewise, Anthea is an excellent hygienist - always leaving my teeth sparkling. Sam is such a nice practice manager taking time to enquire as to my well being. What a great team - more like a family! My son home from uni needed an emergency appointment he was seen by Dr Linton the same day. And said what a nice chap he was, very happy with his experience.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

I am so glad to have this lovely, local dental practice. I am confident of the professional treatment of my teeth, and the organisation of my appointments are very straight forward. The reception is friendly and on-schedule. I highly recommend the practice.

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

10/10 – 100% Highly Recommend! Tom is honestly the best dentist I've been to. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.
