Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger one’s moods and feelings, they didn’t give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

I was due to go away on a 10 day holiday and two hours before departure a tooth came out! Disaster loomed! But no, Atkinson Brignall reception immediately found me an appointment time 20 minutes later. I arrived, with tooth in hand, and after a rapid examination of the problem, my dentist Jay took action. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. The team at this practice are second to none. Having only been to the dentist a handful of times as a child, I was nervous to say the least. However I was put at ease by the reception staff and more so by Antonio. I was conscious of my smile (with teeth) due to their shape but now I can't stop! Would highly recommend again and again, the team are understanding, informative and results are outstanding!

I have always been incredibly nervous when visiting the dentist but from the moment I walked in to this practice I felt at ease. The receptionists were warm and welcoming and I immediately felt in safe hands with Antonio (dentist) and Jo (hygienist). Any anxiety or worries I had were put at ease, especially during my first hygiene appointment where Jo was just brilliant! She kept me calm and was very patient with me and I can confidently say I will have no anxiety for my next appointment. The practice is stylish, clean and comfortable.

As a patient of more than 10 years I can recommend the Gabriel’s Hill Dental Practice without reservation, both for dentistry and dental hygienist services. My experiences there have always been positive and the preventative / proactive approach to dental care is well judged in my view. Excellent service.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.

I have always been an incredibly nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, therefore I have put a visit off for years. Finally succumbing to the wobble of my wisdom tooth I started my research on finding the best place for me to go. West Malling Dental was by far the stand out of the crowd. I had an appointment booked within a day of me calling, so only 24 hours of working myself up! From the moment that I walked through the door to be greeted by an incredibly sympathetic Tina I felt more at ease. Tina reassured me that I was going to be well looked after, and in all honesty, I was. David sat down with me and we talked about what my concerns are and what makes me feel nervous about the dentist. He listened and really took the time to understand, and was incredibly open and honest with me in return. David and the lovely dental nurse Emily, stayed late so I could have the extraction, rather than me come back another day, which I was very grateful for. From the first point of the examination, to having the numbing injections, to the x-rays, and then to the moment the tooth was out I was petrified, but I was so incredibly well cared for. I cannot really put it into words as to how I actually feel. For some a trip to the dentist is an ordeal but for me in the past it has been traumatic and has become a genuine fear. Yesterday, the fear was faced head on and David, Emily and Tina recognised that and did absolutely everything they could to put me at ease and reassure me. I cannot praise them enough. They are all truly wonderful people.

I recently received treatment from Mr Miller for an emergency root filling. He fitted me in the same day unlike any other practice in the area. I am terrified of dentists but he immediately put me at ease with his caring and kind manner and great sense of humour. I can understand why he is so busy and several other patients in the waiting room commented on what a great dentist he is. The reception staff and nurses were all very pleasant, happy and couldn’t do more to make me feel at ease. What a great team! I’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. I always struggled to find a descent dentist until I found West Malling. The team there are amazing and always treat you with such care. Mr Miller is amazing at what he does and is so gentle and understanding. They put their patients at the heart of everything they do! Outstanding!
