Best dentist I have ever been to, use amazing equipment and the way they can numb just the tooth they are working on instead of the whole side of the face is brilliant. Also get treated like a friend instead of a job

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

As always, great care and attention from Dipesh. Comforting to know he has a long term plan for keeping my smile shiny!!

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work Welldene 🌟

Exceptional service! My son’s teeth were growing in all directions. 3 years later and they are perfectly straight. It’s incredible! Sylvia is so welcome and always makes him feel comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

Both daughters have had fixed retainers. One had a slightly complex case and spent a long time in braces so we’ve been here a lot. Always happy with professionalism of staff, cleanliness of surgery and of course end results.

Alignment Ashford is a great practice. I have had alignment treatment and would highly recommend. The alteration to my teeth that the practice achieved for me was above and beyond what I ever expected, and the on going support and care is excellent. I am so grateful to ALL who work there. Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

This place is my dentist. I am satisfied with it here. My dentist is good, he gets to the point and does what he needs to do.. My hygienist is also brilliant and very friendly and seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are good and there are a few there working, so you don't have to wait. I visited here yesterday and the receptionist who served me was lovely. There are a few car parking spaces, so that's good as well. The waiting area is fine, a bit minimalistic. Dentists are never fun to visit, but this one seems to be as good as it can be

My dentist team are always so lovely to me and help calm my nerves. They use patient friendly language and don’t keep me in the dark about anything. They are amazing. What an amazing dental practice. Always professional with a very friendly atmosphere. Recently I have been seeing Dr Wally who I cannot speak highly enough about. A top professional and an absolute gentleman who immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in plain English. In my 63 years I have never met a dentist who is willing to go so far out of his way to ensure you get the treatment that's right for you. Fantastic service Thank you 👍

Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. Like many I'm not the biggest fan of dentists but the dentist I had put me at ease was very professional and mad me feel relaxed. Would recommend this practice

Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Lovely staff, the receptionist, the assistantant who took me to the room and the dentist herself all very professional. Dentist showed me the xrays, gave me options and explained exactly what was going on with my teeth in detail. Highly Recommended.

This was my first visit to this Dental surgery. My original surgery had closed and I had not seen a dentist since Covid. The staff were friendly and I was impressed with the attention of the dentist who attended to me. She was very professional and checked all my details and explained all procedures. The only problem I experienced was finding my way back to the reception. The rooms are on different floors and many stairs. I am just so happy to have a dentist even though it means having to travel so far.

We have been with Oradent for a few years now, the reception staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, we did request to change dentist due to personal preference and our new dentist is amazing, between him and Elise (one of the receptionist) they have conquered my daughters fear of the dentist completely! Elise deserves extra credit for going above and beyond in how she has handled the whole situation and even coming out from behind the desk to talk to and comfort my daughter, the practice was quiet at the time so she wasn’t taken away from other patients but she could have just sat behind the desk and ignored my worried daughter but instead she took the time to comfort her, distract her and making the whole experience so much better, I have never had any issues with any of the reception staff at Oradent and my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now what a turn around!

Wouldn't normally review a dentist surgery as it would be bias as I fear the places but this morning I saw Daniel for a filling on a wisdom tooth. He was very professional but also friendly, helpful and listened to my issues. Only the second time I have seen Daniel but don't be put off by his title as a dental therapist, he's better than some of the dentists I've seen in the past.

Amazing Dental Surgeon, really lovely gentleman is very softly spoken and patient with my son who has Autism he doesn’t rush and explains things . If you are looking for a dental practitioner I really do recommend Beaconsfield

I recently visited Beaconsfield Ashford and had an amazing experience! I went in with a toothache and was seen by Dr Jo who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even managed to do a filling on the same day, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. From start to finish, the level of care and service was outstanding. This is honestly one of the best dental practices I’ve been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
