Absolutely perfect! I am usually anxious with dental appointments but my experience with GM Dental had been the best so far. Staff was very welcoming and my doctor was very gentle and reassuring. I am so pleased with the dental work as well. I got a stain in my front tooth that has reduced my self confidence and now I'm having the confidence back. Thank you GM Dental!

At a time of great pain. The service exceeded my expectation they could not have done more for me at a time when I really needed there help. From the receptionist Lisa who was so helpful and compassionate. And Janu and Sam was absolutely amazing explaining everything at asking how i was feeling at every step of the way. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

My dentist team are always so lovely to me and help calm my nerves. They use patient friendly language and don’t keep me in the dark about anything. They are amazing. I also have never had any issues with the reception team, they too are amazing and will happily help you with anything you need. This is such a fantastic dental surgery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and caring to those who are perhaps a little nervous. They were absolutely brilliant with my 3 young children who were all very apprehensive about their appointment. They're all looking forward to their next visit. I cannot rate this surgery enough. I'm a complete whimp when it comes to the dentist and dread any appointment for weeks before I'm due to be seen but, Chopra and Associates really do have an amazing team that obviously care about their patients and take the time to help you feel at ease. Thank you for a very positive experience!

Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. Like many I'm not the biggest fan of dentists but the dentist I had put me at ease was very professional and mad me feel relaxed. Would recommend this practice

1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing dental practice. Always professional with a very friendly atmosphere. Recently I have been seeing Dr Wally who I cannot speak highly enough about. A top professional and an absolute gentleman who immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in plain English. In my 63 years I have never met a dentist who is willing to go so far out of his way to ensure you get the treatment that's right for you. Fantastic service Thank you 👍

I'm not the best person as regards dentist , in fact I 'd rather run the other way , however these dentist at Oradent dental care , where understanding of my fear and made me feel safe and calm , in fact looking forward to my next appointment , now that is a surprise in its self , can't wait to smile with confidence again .

After the most awful experience a few years ago I was so traumatised I knew I could never visit a dentist again. After starting to get pain in a tooth I decided I had to. All I can say is the experience was so great. The dentist made me feel at ease and so much care was taken. He was amazing. Going back in 6 months 👍😁

The reception area is clean and welcoming . nice seating and very pleasant receptionist. The denist himself was good explaining all procedures and very through.. no complaints from me.

This is going to sound like a fake review but there's no other way to put it... Dr O. Adaja is basically the best dentist I've ever had... EVER! Just had x3 fillings with no injections, no pain and no issues. He's super easy to get along with and the receptionist and nursing staff are all really friendly too. You guys have restored my faith in dentists after many years of struggling with bad ones.

Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. Its really restored her confidence. Highly recommend them- thank you so much!

This place is my dentist. I am satisfied with it here. My dentist is good, he gets to the point and does what he needs to do.. My hygienist is also brilliant and very friendly and seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are good and there are a few there working, so you don't have to wait. I visited here yesterday and the receptionist who served me was lovely. There are a few car parking spaces, so that's good as well. The waiting area is fine, a bit minimalistic. Dentists are never fun to visit, but this one seems to be as good as it can be

My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

Extremely happy with the care we receive from Dr Bilal. He is an excellent dentist with outstanding communication skills. As someone who is very anxious around dental treatment I find Dr Bilal explains the process clearly and whilst under going treatment he narrates what he is doing and what is to come next. Making a stressful experience a lot more manageable. He is fantastic with young children, both my son and daughter are very happy to be seen by him. Staff at Lydd dental care are all super friendly. The lady on reception is very personable and always welcomes you with a smile and chats to my children. I have had positive experiences with every dental nurse I have encountered at the practice.

I had a private dentist and was so grateful when l finally found this NHS dental clinic. I now have new information and do not need to worry about my teeth and gums as much as l was, which also keeps the cost down too. Thank you so much as l had previously been given the wrong information. The staff were friendly and l would definitely recommend this place. If anyone is concerned with their current dentist with what they are being told, l would advise them to get a second opinion as there are scammers everywhere. Thank you for your help.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all. I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.

I have been an NHS patient here for years and they are excellent. The staff are all so kind; the dentists go out of their way to put you at ease as well. I cracked my tooth and they managed to get me in quickly to get it resolved. Cannot recommend enough.

I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle. Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.
