Went in today as my cars screen wash wouldn't actually wash my windows whatsoever, and they fixed the issues in under 15 to 20 minutes! They were so lovely... would highly recommend :).

Can't fault the service.. Originally booked an appointment online, quick and easy, but needed to expedite it, called up and managed to get me in next day. Gave me realistic potential outcomes on the spot, diagnosed and fixed the problem to enable car to pass MOT, which they did there too, and even more importantly, they've saved my Christmas! Fantastic.. Will definitely return when I need to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We discovered our brake discs and pads were dangerously worn just as we were about to start a big road trip to France. From the moment we arrived in Dover Mark reassured us they would be able to fix the brakes and get us quickly back on the road in time for our ferry crossing the following morning. The mechanic even went out of his way to pick up the pads and discs himself. First class attitude and service, highly recommended.

This morning we had an unexpected emergency while heading to catch the ferry. The team took the time to assess our car and offer valuable advice on what to do. Hello guys. You probably think , helped them andere never hear again! Well here we are. Too all the people who need help with their car, truck, motor or old mercedes 608 d camper, go to this garage!!!!! We had no breaks left, when we came out of the boat in dover. We drove 1,9 ml to this adress, on sunday. There was a guy, nick, cleaning his Harley. He said, sure you can stay here and the boys will certainly help you tomorrow morning. They can ficks everything. We slept good and had a nice vieuw over Dover. The next morning Andrew and Chris came and opened the door. Nick allready told them we would be there. (He was the owner 😁😁) Oooeeeehhh they said, an old skool one..... Out maincilinder was brooken and a new one had to be ordered. We could stay behind the gate of the garage and even got a key of the gate😚 Do you need anything???? Water, electric????? On tuesday the part came but was the wrong type😪. A new one had to be ordered and the news came. Good news, they had one!!!!! Bad news, arriving thursday or friday🙄 What we would like too express with this story is the following: We stood there untill thursday, had everything we needed, could go to the toilet. It was a guit different start of our holidays, but Nick, Andrew and Chris gave us an first impression of the hospitality of englisch people!! Had a major warning light appear on the car 10 miles from Calais, heading back to the UK. Had visions of having to get the car towed hundreds of miles, or a hotel for the night. Rang several garages in Dover to ask if they could plug in an OBD sensor when we got there, just to see if it was something serious that would stop us getting home. Several garages said they were too busy, but BMS couldn't have been more helpful - they knew I only needed a couple of minutes of their time. When I arrived they checked the fault codes, talked me through what might have caused the warning and gave reassurance it wouldn't stop me getting home. Left feeling huge relief at the end of our holiday. Can't recommend enough!

The garage repaired my suspension spring, replaced my light bulbs, and charged a very reasonable price.They also offer a pickup service, which could save you the hassle of waiting in the garage. We had a problem with our motorhome between Christmas and new year when no one appeared to be open. The Fiat dealer turned us away without even looking at the van. We were so grateful to find these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanic diagnosed the problem in minutes and effected a repair straight away. We were back on the road about 30 minutes later. Really great service and reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend using this garage.

My clutch died yesterday. Called Westbere garage and they were so helpful. They towed it last night and by teatime today I have my car back with new clutch and front brakes. They were polite, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Very decent price too. I've used them before and will definitely go to them in future.

I recently had my BMW serviced at Westbere Garage to sort a head gasket issue and to replace the cylinder head. Overall, had a great experience and the Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

MJ completed my Tiger MoT, and subsequently a new rear tyre. I waited while each of these was done, which is far better for me than being collected/dropped off. Excellent friendly service, good communication and prompt appointments.

I assume it's great coz I messed up and went to the wrong place for my mot. Terribly sorry. Be aware people. There are 3 motorbike garages here so very easy to get the wrong one if you don't pay attention like me Again, really sorry for missing g my appointment.

They seem to be one of the few remaining traditional garages that know what they're doing, keep the price fair and get the work done at a good pace. The staff there are polite, helpful and willing to do what they can for you. My MOT was completed thoroughly and quickly and the issues I was having with my car have been fixed. Hadn't used this garage before,but needed MOT done and work if necessary. What a great bunch of people! Really helpful, no unnecessary advisories listed. The car passed and the one advisory that was listed had been costed for me so if it got worse and I needed to get it done I knew what I would have to pay. Can't speak to highly of the service I received from them. It will definitely be my go to garage in the future.

I've always had a good experience at cherry tree. They're polite and go out of their way to help you out, including courtesy calls when my MOT is due.

My car needed a passenger front door. They wanted the car for about four days. They were very quick getting the parts and the job was completed in two days. Really exellent job finished to a high standard. Very nice staff glad the car was repaired by them.

Brilliant service from Steer Dover - I was involved in an RTC just before Xmas and needed some repairs completed on my car. I went through insurance and Steer was the named garage to fix my car. The initial call from Damian was very helpful as I was told I had to attend Steer in Dover for them to check the damage, but Damian did not want me to have to drive to them and then back so offered to review some pictures if I sent them, I did and within an hour the estimation of damage was done, which saved me a trip! Once the parts were ready, Steer even offered to pick the car up from my home address and drop the courtesy car off at the same time which was really, really helpful. In total the car was with Steer for just under 2 weeks (parts delay) and once I collected my car, they did an amazing job! Car almost looked good as new and Kirsty was really helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much Steer Dover, would highly recommend.

The team at Steer Dover is great. They had my car that was in a car accident and they worked some magic and now it looks brand new. On collection day they gave it a lovely wash and hovered it. Would recommend this garage. I have attached a before and after photo so u can see how great it now looks.
