Always accommodating and polite. You can tell how well thought of the work they do is due to how busy the garage is. It's worth ringing up with plenty of time as it'll often be booked up. Never had any problems after any work that's been done.

Sams is a qualiity garage with great service, excellent mechanics, honest appraisal and very reasonable rates. I've used them for several years now and they have been excellent in dealing with servicing and issues with all our cars from my old Morris Minor, a Skoda yeti and an S max. They know what they are doing, don't sugar coat or over dramatise any issues, whilst providing sensible advice ... and have also saved us in times when the cars have let us down and we need some more urgent help.

I have a Mercedes SL 5.5, in the past I’ve dealt with Lookers in Ashford unfortunately they don’t know their arse from their elbow, example I have a smart car and the service manager told me that the smart car has four cylinders where an actual fact it has three and he said it has four sparking plugs well it has six that’s just a small example anyway, I wanted a Mercedes garage but not only took pride in its work but wouldn’t cost me a fortune either. I looked at the Internet and saw that M B Z Autos had favourable write ups. The suspension on the SL is hydroelastic very similar to citron and Rolls-Royce the pump that works The suspension died and these pumps aren’t cheap. It also needed an electronic level indicator apart from a few other minor details. The car went in before Christmas and I have only just got it back. The car was stored for me as a pump had to be ordered from Germany Dave at MBZ looked after my car very well And fitted a new pump and level indicator. His service is impeccable even though the price was a little high because the pump itself cost over £700 I’d like to thank Dave for his courtesy and honesty keep it up Dave there’s only a few of you around. We Have used Matt since moving to Aylesford 3 years ago, he’s always honest which is the biggest thing for me when it comes to a mechanic. He’s very reasonable in price and has on a couple of occasions fitted me in at short notice with my van which is really helpful as a self employed sole trader. Have recommended several times on the local Facebook and WhatsApp groups.

More expensive than I usually pay for an MOT but they picked up a leaking fuel pipe that a larger company missed just 3 weeks prior. We’d had our car fail an initial mot on tyres and had a nightmare getting the right tyres in time. Our usual big company then were booked up for weeks so decided to try this company. Worth the extra for the better job.

Called them as our exhaust sleeve broke, leaving us unsure whether the car was safe to drive. They looked at the car straight away, ordered a part and repaired it all within an hour. Very polite, friendly and honest. Would highly recommend.

Once the order had arrived a few days later I drove back in. The gentleman mechanic did the fixing underneath for me and now my old motorhome is back up and running. The whole staff are genuine. Trustworthy, honest, professional & liable garage. As a female with little car knowledge, I have been very impressed with Aylesford tyres. The first time I visited was for a damaged and flat tyre. I was impressed with their honesty and help. I have been back and had my MOT and some further electrical work on my car. They do get booked up quickly as always busy, but still manage to help people with emergencies.
