From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

Brought my 4 series coupe down for a 4 wheel alignment as I was recommended it by a friend of mine. They sorted me out the same day and the alignment was absolutely perfect and the car was driving in-line after. Such a great team & good customer service too!. Definitely will recommend and be back down again.

1st time trying this Garage for Hunter wheel alignment and Oliver the owner is very hard working and has great customer service, very rare to find people like this in this type of industry. I have recently used PMB for 4 new tyres and I would like to highly recommend this garage for anybody needing quality and reliable car repairs. Rachel, Paul and Tom provide an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. Whilst I was there, there were a stream of some of there regular customers coming in and after speaking to some of them they were singing there praises, filling me with confidence that they look after there customers extremely well. I also have to say that after only a few minutes of speaking with Rachel I felt complete confidence with booking my car in with this garage. I have used PMB for a few different things over the past year. Firstly, for more standard things such as my MOT and annual service. Secondly, sorting out my dashboard fan and lastly an issue with my rear brakes which I had fitted elsewhere (prior to using PMB). The customer service provided by the team, each time has been very good and very helpful. Each time I have had everything explained to me and have even been shown what had be causing the issues. I have been very happy with all the work carried out by them and their rates are fair. I have every confidence in the work they do and will be my go to car centre for as long as I live around here.

Excellent customer service from the moment I made the first telephone call. All the Staff I came into contact with were curtious,caring and knowledgeable, Zak explained in detail the work that needed to be done and the cost, so nothing came as a shock when I went back to collect the car. There was no unexpected repairs and cost like you get with some garages. After breaking down, KP mot Centre were able to fit my car in the next morning for an alternator repair. The service was quick, reasonable price and friendly. Great service, great lads. Always take my car here. As a woman you do Worry about being ripped off but never the case with these. Really good mot service. An helpful with any other issues. Took my car with issues with the brakes and only charged for what actually needed doing. Can’t recommend enough.

Took my car for its MOT here after having the garage recommended. Couldn't fault the service. Car was done and ready to collect within a couple of hours. Pricing is very reasonable and the staff were lovely; very helpful and informative. The garage even has a hand car wash on site so very convenient if you also want to arrange to have your vehicle valeted whilst it's there. Would recommend.

A friend of mine recommended Parkside to me a few months ago when one of our work vans needed some work doing. After getting the van back from the guy's I was over the moon with the service I received from them.. The lads are really knowledgeable on all makes and models, really honest and really friendly, not like the usual grumpy old bloke you get in most garages..The repair prices are no more expensive than any other garage but the service is miles better than I've ever seen.. After my first visit I've been back with most of our fleet and my own personal cars .. I wouldn't go anywhere else now

I called because I was concerned my car was making a rattling noise from the exhaust. They were able to fit me in same day, diagnosed a loose heat shield. Sorted in minutes, no charge (!!!). Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

I've used this garage before for repairs and service/MOT so was happy to book the car in for a new wheel arch (purchased from Toyota) to be fitted. Booked it in for a day when they weren't busy. Cannot recommend enough after an amazing experience here today. My car suddenly starting making a screeching noise this morning. I had pulled in close by to Service Now, and rang them on the off chance they could have a look at the car. Cath was absolutely lovely on the phone and told me to come straight over. Within 20 minutes or so everything was sorted, Lewis was very thorough and even offered to accompany me on a test drive to ensure I was satisfied the noise had gone. There was then no charge for the service!! An absolutely wonderful experience, thank you so much Lewis and Cath. I will definitely be back for future services and MOTs.
