Lovely practice, very helpful, friendly Receptionist and very knowledgeable, kind Vet who saw my puppy on his first visit for his 2nd jabs course.
Booked through the Chorley branch as the lines were bust at Eccleston. Seems well organised though & receptionist was very helpful.
At Hillcrest the staff were professional & I just had about 20-30min wait to be seen, I think there was only one veterinarian in that morning. She was great with my cat & it all went well.
I just found that the furniture seemed a bit sparse inside & the decor quite cold if that makes any sense, seemed a bit empty & I actually was freezing that day & no radio or anything playing as you wait. So there was just that made it not as friendly and welcoming as others I've been to, but the most important things like the receptionist there and the vet were lovely so that's all that matters really.
Excellent vets, really caring and helpful to new pet owners. Highly recommended.
