My parents have been with Anrich from the very start which as lead to us all taking our own animals there. I wouldn’t use any other vets. They have everything needed to cover all treatments your animals need. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

We lost our amazing 15 year old Lab (Sandy) a few months ago and in all the years she was under Anrich, they treated her like family. Even her passing was with kindness and respect. We feel honored to have had Sandy in our lives for so long and for her to have had the care of such special people around her.

During a lovely walk in the Scottish Lochs around southern Scotland unfortunately my dog Mint managed to slice her back paw in half.. after a phone call to Anrich vets Wigan and a 2 hour drive home mint was checked over, bandaged up and booked in for an operation the following day. I cant thank Alice and Sandy enough for their time, care and attentiontion to perfection on sticking and fixing Mints paw. Over the following weeks as we returned every 3 or 4 days for check ups and new bandages all the team were amazing and showed genuine care and affection to Mint. The support, advice and reassurances that Mint would be OK was excellent and I can't thank the team enough. The help didn't stop there either. Once all was done and the bill was to be settled they even helped with the completion of the insurance form and sent them off on my behalf to ensure everything was correct and a speedy payment could be arranged. When our dog Margot was diagnosed with a slipped disc our whole lives stopped that day, we were absolutely besides ourselves with worry. From the second we walked into Anrich vets we just felt so taken care of, they were exactly what us and Margot needed. They gave our baby the most outstanding care and because they acted so quickly she is now going from strength to strength. Absolutely everyone we dealt with from the practice manager to various vets and the reception staff treated us with so much kindness and compassion, we will be forever greatful ❤️

I have been using Anrich vets for my four dogs over the last 3 years or so and I only have good things to say about them. The whole team, from the staff at the front desk to the vets are pleasant, caring and treat my pets better than any other practice that I have usef. My dogs actually pull on their leads to go into the treatment rooms. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
