I went here for the first time today, Mel was my stylist but another lovely lady washed my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in 18 months and I had a bad experience at a different salon. They had me at ease, had a laugh, gave me a drink, it was so lovely, after feeling so nervous leading up to the appointment. I really recommend this place so much, lovely ladies and had such a lovely positive experience x

If you have Afro hair and struggle to find someone you can trust to get the job done… look no further! After going back to my hometown for 11 years (with a few trial and errors at other Manchester salons) I was so happy to come across this salon. I’ve been coming here for a year now for my regular treatment and trim. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. I have loose curl Afro type and Mel and Mia work their magic every time. My hair always looks amazing and this summer I plucked up the courage to get highlights after wanting them for years. Thank you for giving me the confidence to let you take care of my crown!

I had highlights and a haircut done by Fariah. She was extremely professional and understood exactly what I needed, and I never have been happy like that after a hairdresser service. She also speaks French and Spanish, and is of lovely company. I also had my eyebrow done, did waxing and had a facial by Farah and she also gave me a very professional service, a lovely treatment and the waxing didn't hurt! Overall an amazing treatment at the Charm Salon. I feel rejuvenated and beautiful. I will be back again! Highly recommended ☺

Such an amazing experience. I had a really bad experience at a salon a year ago leaving me with a awful hair cut and haven’t been back to one since, having to cut and dye my own hair. But then I went to Najwan Beauty Centre and they made me really comfortable. I was talked through every step, and she was super understanding that I was nervous! Najwan is very experienced. Amazing hair cut and my threaded brows look fabulous. I’ll be back :)

I came across Najwan’s salon last week and after reading the reviews online I was positive she wouldn't disappoint. I had my first appointment today and I must say: she was lovely and most definitely helpful. I even got offered a coffee and some chocolate during my treatment, which made the whole experience even better. Made to feel so welcome here, Najwan is a true professional and expert with hair. Got my blonde highlights looking spot on and was attentive to what I wanted from the cut. Would recommend!

I went for a leg wax with Sophie followed by a facial. As a nervous person who suffers from anxiety I can be reluctant to try somewhere new at times. However I instantly felt at ease with Sophie with her friendly telephone manners. Once arrived I felt so relaxed by her as she was very welcome and her waxing was great on my legs. My facial was very relaxing and my skin felt very refreshed throughout and after. Sophie was very professional throughout. I will be coming here permanently from now on. Also pores on my skin are now feeling unclogged and breathing easily - bliss.

Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. I had an excellent experience at Bonton hair salon by Razia and her team with the japanese permanent hair straightening I had. My hair has always been curly and very thick and this treatment has made my hair straight and smooth, excellent results were achieved which I was amazed of how straight it is now. Speechless really. 5 star is not a enough to rate this place. I rarely do a review but since i phoned to take an appointment i felt i should go directly to review this place as endless stars. Razia is so caring, i missed my way and was late for appointment. She sent me one of her team to pick me up. She welcomed me and directly started my straightening treatment. She is an expert, she knows what she is doing. She told me i can see that you had keratin about 4 months back which is so true. . She gave me all instructions needed and the results were even more than i have expected. I had the treatment before in different country and i can assure she is a professional in her job.This lady should be celebrated. I will definitely go back there.
