What an absolutely lovely little Hair and beauty salon. Not only did I ring and get in today but the service from ringing to having my hair washed and then cut is astonishing. 10/10 love my new style thank you Mandy and to the lovely girl who washed my hair and made me a coffee. Made my day ⭐️

Such a warm welcoming little shop and the hairdresser is an absolute angel. She listened to how going to a salon was very new to me and was so kind and considerate. She gave me a brand new look that wasn't too extreme but not too ordinary and it made me feel very comfortable. I'm happy and pleased with my first experience. She has my trust. I will be coming again to maintain or even experiment with my hair. I will be getting the wolftail haircut next time! Haha

Absolutely love my hair after having balayage done by mici. 1000% recommend! She pays so much attention to detail to give you exactly what you want and is such a lovely person. I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair now I’ve been here!

I have been wanting hair removal for years but continued to put it off. I searched and contacted many salons but for some reason, never took the plunge! When I was made aware of Atelier, I contacted them and immediately felt reassured. *Do your research and ensure that, who you go to knows, what they are taking about. Through a little bit of my own research, I knew that, what Sarah was telling me was of sound expertise and she wasn’t just trying to sell me a mediocre service at a high price!* I am extremely pleased with my first treatment. There was no awkwardness or feeling uncomfortable. Sarah was so warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. The procedure was pretty pain free but more importantly after 1 session the results are amazing! Long way to go yet but I know the end result will be worth it! Genuine and relaxed is how I would sum up the treatment so far! Highly recommended!

We’ve been coming here for a while now and are always made to feel welcome. Lindsay has been doing our hair for a while and never had any issues. I’ve also used other services that the salon provides and am equally pleased.

I brought my Mum to Ruby Jo’s - we both had the Nano Infusion Advanced Skin Treatment. The whole experience was wonderful - the building and rooms are stunning, the setup is exceptional and Bev who did both treatments is an absolute dream. She took the time to explain the different products and understand our skin types and we left feeling so relaxed. Our skin looks and feels incredible too. I’m based down in London but will absolutely be back up for my next treatment - Mum has already booked in too. We can’t wait to come back - thank you for having us x

Had my eyebrows powder tattooed here, was really nervous about having them done due to having miss-shaped eyebrows (always had to draw them on to make them appear the same). Was made to feel comfortable throughout and she got my brows shaped beautifully and symmetrical! Five ⭐️ from me!🤩

My very first appointment was with Bev sometime last year and I’ve been a repeat client ever since thanks to her friendliness, dedication and professionalism. Absolutely divine experience! Joanne is so experienced and works magic with hair - my hair is fine & she gave me the best cut I've ever had, plus giving me lots of helpful advice. The hair spa and massage were incredibly relaxing, and the tea served in a little teapot with biscuit added a lovely touch. The salon combines hair services with well-being in a brilliant way & I left feeling truly pampered. I made a 1.5 hour round trip for my session and it was worth every mile!

What an experience! From the moment we walked in the door the salon felt calm and lush, like we’d walking into a wellness spa! From the consultation appointment to attending for my daughter’s balayage the whole process has been absolutely amazing. At the consultation Abbie took the time to go through colour and cut options for my daughter and advised on treatment options to restore her damaged hair. She was welcoming, made my daughter and I both feel so comfortable and she was knowledgeable explaining everything to both of us. When attending the actual hair appointment, again we were greeted with smiles from all the staff, talked through what was going to happen and confirm again what my daughter wanted. Abbie is just wonderful, she dragged conversion out of my usually non compliant Daughter and left her feeling a million dollars with her new hair! The salon itself is stunning, so bright and modern with a luxury feel and I was mesmerised by the colour station organisation. I even got to sample a little wellness shot, carrot, orange, ginger and lemon and it was delicious! Checking out we were given care instructions for home and a little goody bag. Have to say this is the most relaxing, welcoming experience either of us have had at a salon. The attention to detail stands you out above the rest and you now have three new clients as a result of such an amazing experience. Thank you!

Jade was really helpful, pointing me in the right direction to the service that would best suit me. She also seemed very knowledgeable of the services she was using which helped me feel calmer. I really enjoyed my appointment and I'm really happy to have found a technician like her.
