What an experience! From the moment we walked in the door the salon felt calm and lush, like we’d walking into a wellness spa! From the consultation appointment to attending for my daughter’s balayage the whole process has been absolutely amazing. At the consultation Abbie took the time to go through colour and cut options for my daughter and advised on treatment options to restore her damaged hair. She was welcoming, made my daughter and I both feel so comfortable and she was knowledgeable explaining everything to both of us. When attending the actual hair appointment, again we were greeted with smiles from all the staff, talked through what was going to happen and confirm again what my daughter wanted. Abbie is just wonderful, she dragged conversion out of my usually non compliant Daughter and left her feeling a million dollars with her new hair! The salon itself is stunning, so bright and modern with a luxury feel and I was mesmerised by the colour station organisation. I even got to sample a little wellness shot, carrot, orange, ginger and lemon and it was delicious! Checking out we were given care instructions for home and a little goody bag. Have to say this is the most relaxing, welcoming experience either of us have had at a salon. The attention to detail stands you out above the rest and you now have three new clients as a result of such an amazing experience. Thank you!

What a great experience we had at the salon today. I booked both my daughters in for a cut and blow and Joanne and her team were so attentive. I love the attention to details throughout the salon, from the great range of products to purchase, to the healthy juice ‘shot’ we received when we arrived. It was also a lovely touch that the personal details forms were handed to my daughters to complete with their preferences. Stylists Abbie and Molly made a massive effort to make both my girls feel really comfortable and Joanne the salon owner was a ray of sunshine. I will definitely be retuning as this was such a good experience and we really felt like we were in safe hands.

Absolutely divine experience! Joanne is so experienced and works magic with hair - my hair is fine & she gave me the best cut I've ever had, plus giving me lots of helpful advice. The hair spa and massage were incredibly relaxing, and the tea served in a little teapot with biscuit added a lovely touch. The salon combines hair services with well-being in a brilliant way & I left feeling truly pampered. I made a 1.5 hour round trip for my session and it was worth every mile!
