Speechless really. 5 star is not a enough to rate this place. I rarely do a review but since i phoned to take an appointment i felt i should go directly to review this place as endless stars. Razia is so caring, i missed my way and was late for appointment. She sent me one of her team to pick me up. She welcomed me and directly started my straightening treatment. She is an expert, she knows what she is doing. She told me i can see that you had keratin about 4 months back which is so true. . She gave me all instructions needed and the results were even more than i have expected. I had the treatment before in different country and i can assure she is a professional in her job.This lady should be celebrated. I will definitely go back there. Well done all the team you are amazing

I had an excellent experience at Bonton hair salon by Razia and her team with the japanese permanent hair straightening I had. My hair has always been curly and very thick and this treatment has made my hair straight and smooth, excellent results were achieved which I was amazed of how straight it is now. Met Shelby and Kay at Prestige . Was let down by a hairdresser. They went over and beyond for me. Never thought a bob could look so good and Shelby also taught me how to create this style at home. I've rarely had my hair cut as I have a phobia from past experiences as a child. Today I was cured. Shelby and Kay could tell I was nervous. They both reassured me and let me be me. Shelby listened ,reassured and talked me through everything. 17 inch's I needed cut today to donate. Shelby is extremely talented I never thought a bob could look so good. I've had so many compliments already and it's not even been an hour. There was no rush . I can't thank Shelby enough and Kay. Beautiful ladies inside and out. Thankyou Shelby. Thankyou Kay. I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. I've been to her twice now for a colour and cut and both times she's done a really lovely job. I felt like my hair was in safe, experienced hands. And the prices are so reasonable too! The new salon is gorgeous and has very comfortable seating and backwash. They have the most amazing hair straighteners too - they left my hair so smooth (and I'm someone who's always struggled with frizz). I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Had the best manicure and pedicure with Ruth and Deval! They were so lovely and made the whole experience super relaxing. My nails look amazing—such great attention to detail and a perfect finish. I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Well what can I say. Had systems on n off for a few years, with exorbitant prices. Steven made me comfy immediately, he knew what he was doing and did an awesomely good fitting cut and styling. Extremely happy with the end result and would recommend in a heartbeat. And the price was so good as his price lists show, I even gave him a £20 tip!!! Will definitely be returning monthly minimally to have my ‘new locks’ refreshed. Thanks Steven!!!! Keith

Went for a massage with Sonia and it was my first time at the academy. Ive been getting pains in my neck and shoulder, and was highly reccomended this place. Sonia and her staff made me comfortable and Sonia's massage technique was amazing. Will definitely be back for other treatments.

I had never been before and was really looking forward to it🫶The girls from the calls on the phone( I had issues with my computer booking in🤪) to arriving were 5🌟they were so very nice! I had arrived late so had to change my manicure to a different date-there was no problem🫶I had a coffee and Tia was just a dream, very likeable and knowledgable! Amazing service all the staff were friendly and attentive, before starting treatment they offered us complimentary drinks. Was in Manchester for weekend as my son & husband were going to Football, so decided to get pampered! Very welcoming salon, Amy-Lois was really friendly & made me feel at home. The facial was amazing. It was so relaxing, especially as I had a shoulder, head & arm massage as part of the facial too. I highly recommend it. Great place and lovely staff. Professional level of cutting. Fenk cut my hair and blow dried it with attention to care. Would definitely recommend as prices are affordable. £40 for a wash, haircut and blow dry for any length hair
