Kevin has completed a few jobs for us today (new spotlights, replacing outdoor lights and broken sockets). All done to a high standard. Firstly a thoroughly courteous and charming man. I had apower outage and within an hour of calling him he was with me. He was installing assessing the problem and suggesting the solution. He investigated methodically confirming his initial suspicion. He fixed the problem and advised on the cause and how to try and prevent it recurring. I am almost 62 and have had many tradesmen over the years but I can honestly say Lee and his team are the best I have ever had. They arrived when they said they would which is unusual these days and they were all approachable and friendly and they did a fantastic job of installing my solar batteries. They provided good old fashioned service when ensuring everything was done to perfection. I can't speak highly enough of them and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and I would definitely use them again. If you need electricians who specialise in solar then look no further. Thank you to every one of the team.

Rashied is extremely knowledgeable and responsive as well as generally being a lovely person. We were having issues with damp walls in our loft room due to poor ventilation / old house, and were recommended a PIV system. Rashied came out and explained everything about them and their suitability. After installing (and coming back to fix another small issue) he left the area clean and tidy both times and was kind enough to give advice on other questions we had about the electrics in the house. I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy. The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. Really nice, unusual venue; basically a modded shipping container! Nice range of snacks and drinks, friendly service and clearly established as a favourite place for a stop off for local bikers. Absolutely loved it, and also being asked by one of the other motorcyclists to move my bike as the chrome tank was blinding him in the brilliant sunshine! A great place for a break, although all the customers there when I visited were motorcyclists I noticed that there were racks for pedal bikes and provision for dogs too. Oh, and the flapjacks are delicious!

First time here today. I absolutely love it!!! The girl that served us was brilliant. She warned me not to leave my leather unattended because she wanted it lol. The food was amazing, bacon, brie and caramelised onion pannier, so recommended. Then there's the cakes, oh my lord...awesome. Thanks, we will definitely be back

What a cute little cafe, would easily go in noticed. What you see is what you get but it is cosey and rustic to set a lovley atmosphere. Service can be slow as there was only 1 lady serving. Coffee was so tasty and smooth, highly recommended. Cakes seemed home made also.

One of the only decent bike spots for a brew that has not been overcome by idiots. They do some decent toasties, paninis etc. Every time I go here I end up chatting for hours with other bikers, the Gasket is something that brings us together. It's not just for bikers though, I've brought my toddler here and have seen many cyclists, dog walkers, workmen and people from all walks of life.

I have used Hawkley electrics several times for relocation of lights, installation of spotlights, outside security lighting and a full wiring of a loft conversion and kitchen involving the wiring for new sockets and lighting. Very nice little cafe on Wigan Lane, we both had toasties. Cheese, ham and tomato, and a bacon melt. Good, quality thick bread with a good amount of filling. The toastie comes with slaw, salad and crisps, I think they were about £12. Lovely, friendly staff and it got busy very quickly! We didn't book but others had, so I'd recommend booking to avoid disappointment. I'm definitely returning soon!

This cafe is a hidden gem with a charming and peaceful outbuilding behind it, where you can enjoy a warm fireplace and a scrumptious cheese cake. The place is festive and cozy, adorned with lovely Christmas decorations. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely afternoon tea to celebrate my in-laws 80th birthday. Food was delicious and amazing value for money. Will and the staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They even sang happy birthday and made the bday boy feel so special. Definitely recommend 👌

My mum and I had afternoon tea for 2 people in the lodge area behind the cafe, it was really scenic, warm and cosy, we felt very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and made you feel as if you were a regular despite it being our first time there. The afternoon tea consisted of a big pot of tea, a sandwich of choice (which was delicious, we had the ham and the egg mayo), salad, lovely crisps and a homemade scone with jam and butter. The scones were served warm and fresh, I couldn't say which was my favorite part as everything was superb. Will definitely come again, it was worth the price!
