Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.

Best choice if you’re looking for quality coffee in a beautiful environment. All staff are extremely friendly and love what they are doing. The owner is super welcoming and has put his personal touch on this place making it even more special. Great place if you’re solo or with friends!

Lovely little coffee shop. It's fantastic to find a place that opens at 8am, especially since I'm vegan and most places I frequent open later. They offer a delightful range of vegan and veggie cakes. Today, I enjoyed a Chai Latte with oat milk—it's the best I've had, thanks to their strong chai spice blend that delivers a robust flavor. We also had an espresso, which was very fruity and a great coffee. We tried a vegan chocolate mini cake with espresso cream. It was delicious, not too sweet, and the frosting was light. The low music creates a calm environment in the morning, perfect for having conversations at a normal level and truly appreciating your drink and food. Thank you! This will definitely become our new go-to spot.

🐢 Great addition to Withington cafes! Warm and friendly atmosphere every time we’ve visited. ☕️Owner Theo is lovely and has sourced the best coffee (Kobean and Swan Song) and served in beautiful handmade ceramic mugs make your brew feel extra special. 🥐They also serve the best pastries from independent suppliers across Manchester (the Almond pain au chocolate from La Choquette was incredible 🤤) and the sandwiches using local seasonal veg were delicious. Thoroughly recommend!

This place serves nice, good tasting comforting food. The knafah range of desserts and reviews on Google attracted me to try this place and I’ve been here twice and both times it didn’t disappoint. The first time I tried a chicken cheese sandwich with soup which was lovely and perfect for a cold day! The second time we tried Parmesan and loaded fries which was also good! Staff are friendly also. Will be returning again, maybe to try the brunch sometime.

This is our second time here. We travelled from Blackpool and are happy to do so because the food is so amazing. Everything tastes delicious and flavoursome. It is very reasonably priced and with generous portions that do not disappoint. The service is high quality. Nothing is too much and they are all so friendly. Service is quick and the hot chocolate is out of this world. Biskits is quickly becoming a favourite for our family. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Top notch food! Visiting Manchester down from London and honestly one of the best brunches we’ve had! Everything was cooked to perfection, generous portion sizes, and great flavours with every bite. Nice atmosphere too, could do with some new menus but otherwise 10/10. Coffees, pistachio latte and desi tea was great also. Thank you to Farah and the team for a lovely brunch!

MAP Electrical is fantastic! They’re incredibly reliable, always quick to respond to my requests in a polite and friendly way. Their work is consistently professional, and Amrik (the electrician) goes out of his way to explain each step of the process. Thank you for the brilliant work! It was so lovely to have a tradesman provide so much background information and be so genuinely friendly and polite! Amrik completed the job to a high standard, cleaned up any mess and really provided some giggles! There was no pressure to provide payment immediately or be pushed into any other services but he still took the time to answer my questions about other future jobs. Initial communication was great and Amrik gave me a call 30mins before his arrival so really have no complaints! Will definitely use again :)

We had heaters, an electric mirror cabinet and a new fuse box installed over three days. The jobs were all done to an exceptionally high standard, and everything was comprehensively explained throughout the entire process. The communication and service we received were outstanding, and all for a good price. We will be returning to Map Electrical for any future work and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Matt from FG Miller has done several bits of work for us over the last year or so including testing, new distribution board and a significant amount of re-wiring. Great work, always on time and a really nice guy too - he will happily go the extra mile to get the job finished, even if it means him working until 8pm at night! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm so grateful to F.G Miller & Son for sending Rachael around to rewire our faulty cables! We've only recently bought our property and it was riddled with unsafe wiring. The issue we had was a rodent had bitten through a wire causing it to spark - a fire risk, but also it kept tripping the mains fuse so we were unable to use electricity in the kitchen. They managed to get Rachael the electrician around within 24 hours of my call, and she spent a few hours diligently rewiring and testing to make sure the readings were correct and everything was safe. So a big thank you to all of your team - we'll be back in touch for any more electrical work we require!

We took my in-law there. The food was lovely and was a decent size. We have a Greek salad to start which tasted fresh. I had an aubergine and stuffed pepper main and it was fab. Parents had the beef stew which they gave their thumbs up too. For pud, I had milk cake (never had before) and it was great. The caramel cheesecake looked incredible. We had a lovely time and it is so nice to see a family run business start in withington. Go and support good local restaurants! Well recommended.

Amazing home cooked food, such great balanced flavours and truly delicious, healthy menu. Tasted like real Eastern European cooked in the home, which is actually what the lovely host told us: all cooked by his wife. Unbelievable desert, nothing was too heavy, but rich and layered tastes. Wine didn't disappoint either. Looking forward to trying again!

Very warm welcome from the staff. Food to start great olives ,great tzaziki, good home made bread nice and worm and a very nice Greek salad to follow with a huge mixed grill .Lamb chops amaizing. Fresh chicken it was from another planet.Kofta never had any better kofta in my entire life. I have no words to describe the freshness and the taste of the food in this place..Wine it was so smooth and full of flavour. I am so happy to find this place and definitely ill be back. Vlora is an absolute gem in Withington. I thoroughly recommend, the food is delicious. Vlora catered for our house party and everyone was impressed. The portion sizes were really generous. Incredible value for money. All dishes were extremely tasty; the Stifado and Bekri Mezi with succulent beef, Pastichio, Yemista, courgette & potato balls, dips, Spanakopita & various grills. Whether you are dining for yourself or a larger group, I wouldn’t hesitate. Thank you so much Vlora, you really made our evening!

Great, great vegan Chinese food! They don't serve alcohol so get some next door at the office licence. Corkage fee is £3 for wine. £1 per bottle of beer which makes it, still, so much cheaper 😄 I put wrong amount for corkage..now changed thanks 😁☝️
