Very positive experience using Bolton Kia Service - taken in because the engine management light stayed on. Faulty sensor identified and replaced - and two other faults I was not aware of were identified and rectified at the same time - all covered by the warranty. My car now runs perfectly. Lisa - who dealt with me in reception - was exceptionally helpful. When I went to collect my car at the end of the day, my train was delayed which meant I'd arrive at the service department after closing time, but Lisa offered to stay behind to ensure I could collect my car. Outstanding customer service all round.

Great friendly service, very willing to help. Car is returned clean inside and out, all paperwork comprehensive and stamps completed in service booklet. Premises is clean and modern and inspires confidence. Icing on the cake is that prices are cheapest of all Greater Manchester dealers. Recommended.

Excellent service today and I can't thank you enough. I only learned of this business yesterday and I would highly recommend them if you have a German car. I fitted a new battery to my car and it required a battery 'reset'. My local Mercedes-Benz dealer refused all support despite being a customer of theirs. In fact I got nowhere with four other MB dealerships in the North West. Very disappointing. I spoke to Chris Bloor and he asked me to bring it in. I was dealt with immediately, offered a drink and 10 minutes later my car was sorted....FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. I am very grateful and you will be my first port of call should I need you in the future. Thank you so much.

I was recommended this garage by the previous owner of my car, so when the MOT flagged a recommendation to replace the ball joint, I decided to book it in here. After dropping off the car, I went to a nearby café, expecting to return, pay the bill, and pick it up. I bought a Mercedes for the first time and whilst not wanting to keep driving it into a MB dealership I needed to find a garage that had the expertise of Mercedes Benz but without the cost implications. All suggestions were to use Bloor Motor Works as they had decent reviews and friends of mine had also recommended them. Once I'd taken receipt of the vehicle I booked it in with Chris and the team for a transmission service and a full, rigorous inspection to confirm there were no sinister unseen issues with the car. Chris and the team carried out the servicing and highlighted some other issues that they had found. A really clear and concise experience that left me with confidence in their ability to look after my Mercedes moving forward. Since then I have returned with another issue and again they were able to diagnose with accuracy the problem and what would be required to correct the problem. Be in no doubt that Chris and his team are experts in what they do. They are Mercedes Benz authorised and can update official MB servicing history so it is all recorded correctly. This gives complete peace of mind to owners of vehicles that want to have fully acknowledged histories for their cars. They are now my go to garage for my Mercedes and will be for the foreseeable future. Many thanks to them and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fantastic service! Close, convenient and very knowledgeable. Realised my MOT had ran out on Friday afternoon, booked it in for Saturday morning at 10am. No issues, dropped bike off whilst I went for a brew and came back 30 mins later and all was done. Great service and will definitely be going back in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service , these guys picked up my bike to replace all locks and ignition after being stolen , they have gone above and beyond touching up and fixing bits and bobs , the price was very reasonable allowing me to have other bits done like my forks serviced again for very reasonable price , after riding it home I feel I need to go back and give a better tip , thank you guys very much will definitely see you again

I had an issue with the gearbox in my car and having rung multiple garages, these guys managed to fit me in the following day, much sooner than anyone else. I dropped the car off, and by some miracle they had the part on the shelf! I got my car back within a few hours and at a price which was far lower than I was expecting. They upgraded the rubber bushes to polybushes for me as well. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly, especially as I'm a few hundred miles from home!

Trustworthy, knowledgeable and so helpful. I took my car in after going through a flood and expected to pay hundreds to get it back on the road. The wonderful fellas were able to make the car road worthy for £55 with clear advisories and what to look out for. I would drive to this garage anytime to have this service. They could have absolutely ripped me off as I had no clue what was wrong and expected to pay a hefty sum. This garage is the kind of garage you hope to stumble upon.

Yet again the man at Monaco Garage came to my rescue. I had a tyre with a puncture and it was repaired with no problems and no wait. I've used Arches going on7 years now and no complaints. Great friendly family run garage. I drive an old Volvo, now 19 years old this march. They've looked after it the past 7 years and it's still on the road. I cannot think of a better testament than that..

Really positive experience with my car today. Rang the office agreed a time to drop it off & collect it. It was really hassle free. Gave me a thorough diagnostics on my issues with my car & received a detailed invoice on email and paper stating exactly what was wrong and an estimate for work to be done at a good price. Will definitely be using again.

I’m not one that usually write a review but in this instance I felt it more than justified. I’ve been taking my car and family and friends vehicles to the Arches for repairs and serving for some time now. The service from the receptionist could not be better, always friendly and accommodating, easy to deal with and keep you informed throughout. The work has always been to a high standard and the thing I really like is Vinny or one of the mechanics will always ring you and discuss what they find. I’ve always found the cost of repairs and servicing to be fair and reasonable. These days it hard to find a garage that gives that personal touch and makes you feel your in good hands. Arches garage have achieved this and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, which is why all the family and friends use them now. Well done guys Vince
