I'd fitted a new eurolock myself and it failed late one evening leaving our home insecure. Within 30 minutes the fast entry locksmith was here and quickly drilled out/replaced the lock. Couldn't ask for better service and I also felt their out of hours charges were very reasonable and fair. Thank you!
