Door mechanism failed with us all locked out of the house and no way to enter through the back. Carl came out to us as soon as he could, explained what he would do if he had the equipment. He got us inside in 2 minutes without damaging the door and then replaced the mechanism within half an hour. Fantastic service, competitive price - would highly recommend ☺️

I rang Carl today with an issue that wasn’t urgent, he still turned up and fixed the issue, sorted out the door handle/ lock mechanisms. Gave my partner lots of advice on maintenance, even on the back patio door lock which he didn’t even come up for, told us what products to buy and applied some to improve the mechanism. Would highly recommend, lovely man who goes above and beyond. Even left my partner with a tin of the spray lubricant for maintaining the front door
