This company has done electrical work at my cottage several times. They have provided inspections and followed up with outstanding work. The owner of the company is a lovely knowledgeable gentleman who cleans up after himself which is a plus! Lastly, always on time and reachable which I like especially when you’re working.

Gary has done an amazing job for our house. He gave us a clear explanation on what work he will be carrying out for us such as the changing of consumer unit, fault finding, fixing of loose cables, and installing new power socket points. Gary is a hard working, knowledgeable and professional electrician. He worked with our dates to coincide with building work. Being an older house, he had a challenging day and worked ALL day until the work was finished. Work to a very high standard, thoroughly tested and tidied old cabling, while accessible, including cutting off a set of old cables. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use again!

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Not the cheapest but did a first class job. Good communication, arrived bang on time. Removed old fuse box and fitted new consumer unit. Also swapped a light switch and found an issue but spent time to figure out the problem and find a fix. Recommended.

I work in a clinic in Hale Village in a premises shared with other tenants and Costellos had been asked by my landlord to do some rewiring and to change some ceiling lights for the suites and communal areas. The staff were courteous and really quick and when I needed to ask them to do their noisier work at certain times because of having patients in session who needed to relax, they were absolutely great. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, really wish other contractors were as considerate, will definitely be recommending your services to others!

I had bought an electric fan that came with a European plug. I used the wrong adaptor at home (not on purpose!) And obviously the fan stopped working. I took it to Costellos and the lovely gentleman fixed it there and then, providing a new adaptor with the correct fuse and changing the fuse in my existing adaptor. All done within 5 minutes. Brilliant service and excellent value for money. It saved me time, and buying a new adaptor, buying a new fuse, changing the fuse (which looked like dislodging a fossil from a rock). An elderly customer before me had just picked up a lamp and he looked seriously delighted with the rewiring. Brilliant traditional approach to fixing things rather than throwing them away and polluting the environment. The shop also fixes vacuum cleaners and sells electrical goods of various types. Next time something goes wrong, I'll be there like a shot.
