What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. It was our first time working with Manchester Compliance and they are an absolute fantastic service to carry out quality electrical works! We wanted a new Ring floodlight with security camera installed outside our new home and we found that Liam (the owner) and his team were super professional, listened to what we needed and offered a variety of solutions to complete the works. We found them to be very prompt in arranging to come and do the job as well as being very professional whilst taking great pride in what they do.

After losing power to our lights/fridge/central heating we called Darren who arranged to visit asap. The job turned out to be way more complicated than anyone anticipated but Darren dealt with resoring our electricity, including removing and repairing a stubborn mdf floor! Darren arrived very quickly, investigated the problem with my bathroom light, which was the transformer had burnt out, left to his suppliers for a new light fitting, returned within 30 mins and installed new light, He Insisted that he cleaned up any mess as I am Disabled. Overall was very Impressed and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family members for any work required in the future, 5 Star+ would be more if was able to award.

I had my existing alarm upgraded by BSEntwistle. Chris the engineer arrived bang on time and started work straight away. The existing alarm was a bit complicated but he managed to sort the circuits. He fitted a new bell box (which is illuminated) new main panel and two remote key pads. Also new PIR detectors and vibration sensors. The job took about 5-6 hours and he installed the app on my phone and my wife's phone. We can now monitor the system, remotely set and remotely un-set the alarm. It has given us much greater peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Forgot to mention that Chris was very polite, friendly and professional and tidied up as he went. Thanks again for a great job.

Arranging the service was easy enough, paid ahead of visit, and they delivered on their promise. Engineer attended within the time slot, was polite, friendly, and professional. Replaced multiple batteries, he waited around whilst a colleague brought them over. He put protection on ladders to avoid marking the render at the front, that was appreciated. He tested everything, showed us how to set to different functions; overall happy to recommend.
