I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded.
I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap.
