Perfect children's bookshop. Our first visit today and definately not our last.

What can I say about The Class Room, not only do they have a super wonderful selection of children's and young adult books, but the team are so kind and community minded. Adam has been a spearhead for local events, Halloween, Christmas, and most recently delivering over 7k books to local schools for world book Day. They also support local authors and help self-published ones get their books on display. Alongside this, Adam also runs the classroom and delivers online tuition for kids of all ages. A real gem in westgates crown.

A huge thank you to Jeni for all her hard work with our son throughout Year 5. He came out of every one of her sessions full of smiles and enthusiasm. She not only helped to encourage his learning, but also provided much needed navigation and reassurance to us. Having never been through the Kent Test process before we felt slightly bewildered at times, but all her additional information sessions, informal chats, and formal feedback throughout the year was just brilliant. My son really enjoyed the sessions with Jeni and they gave him lots of confidence. By the time it came to doing the Kent test, he was looking forward to it. Jeni gave lots of helpful information to the children and adults on the process and what to expect. The opportunity for my son to do a mock kent test was really helpful too and put him at ease.

Being relatively new to Kent I found the whole selective system and Kent Test process somewhat overwhelming, but Jeni completely demystified it and made it all feel more manageable. Our son not only didn't complain about her tutoring sessions but actively looked forward to them! We were quite late to discover Jeni but I'm so grateful we did - she's been an absolute game-changer and I can't recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Jeni from Sunnydene! My daughter was preparing for the Kent test and my friend had recommended Jeni for Mock tests (we already had a tutor by this point). The mock tests ran very smoothly, the feedback was very helpful and valuable. We focused on the feedback provided and the second mock test result showed a massive improvement on my daughter’s scores! We then had some sessions during the summer holiday to get ready for the final day. My daughter passed the Kent test! I would like to thank Jeni for all the feedback and help she provided. Right tution company Maidstone gave my daughter the support she needed to pass her 11plus test we decided to enrolled her for both Medway and Kent test and she did very well in both tests. The teams are very friendly and reports progress each week

Since my son started attending RTC Maidstone in October, his ability to stay focused in school has really improved, and his handwriting is a lot better. He enjoys attending and always looks forward to Lucie's class each week. Feedback is given after every lesson, which I find very useful. Lucie is very patient, warm, and accommodating. The office staff are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend these enough, Lucie who has been teaching my son for about a year now has been amazing with his learning troubles. Excellent mock test experience with Tutor World. We prepared for the Kent test at home and took two mock tests (both during few months before the real exams). These mock tests have greatly helped to solidify confidence and gave a motivational boost. It also helped my daughter to practice controlling her nerves on the real test day and experience exam-like environment. She was able to achieve excellent score in the Kent test. Highly recommend Tutor World.

My experience at Tutor World has been exceptional. The teachers are genuinely invested in my children’s education and his growth as learner. Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. She made sessions fun and motivating, with rewards like sweets or little toys at the end of each session (delivered to our doorstep during lockdown!) and mini competitions between her pupils over a number of sessions for bigger prizes. Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Our children have had Frank for Maths tuition for a number of years, and more recently the Sciences also. He made lessons fun & gave them confidence. Highly recommended! Kate is a wonderful science tutor. Very easy to understand, and a great support in closing the gaps due to the huge in-depth GCSE and A-level science curriculum. In school my daughter was struggling with some of the old fashioned teaching, which included supply teachers and lots of missed learning; Kate brought back my daughter’s confidence in science and helped her to catch up on so much missed learning.

I highly recommend using Kate. When my daughter first started tuition, science was definitely one of her weaker subjects, but it was imperative that she improved this, should she wish to pursue her chosen career path. Fiona Cameron was incredible from the very first introduction. She spent time listening to our daughter to better understand what her capabilities and interests were. Fiona modified her approach and teaching style to suit our daughter which paid dividends. As the weeks progressed the creative writing that was being produced was so incredibly powerful and descriptive. Fiona was great at sharing her enthusiasm for her subject and always encouraging and engaging. Rita is such a lovely tutor, she took the time out of her day to make sure my daughter has the right work to complete and to ensure that she is getting the right tasks in order to do well in her gcses. With Rita my daughter was able to jump 2 whole grades which is a massive improvement. I could not recommend Rita enough, she is very good at what she does!

Vicky has been a fantastic tutor for my daughter for 8 years right up to her GCSE exams. She tailored her lessons to my daughter's needs boosting her confidence. Vicky also greatly helped my son by providing a couple of adhoc lessons to assist him with understanding some very difficult equations on his electrical course. As a result both passed their exams.
