Highly recommended! Kate is a wonderful science tutor. Very easy to understand, and a great support in closing the gaps due to the huge in-depth GCSE and A-level science curriculum. When my daughter first started tuition, science was definitely one of her weaker subjects, but it was imperative that she improved this, should she wish to pursue her chosen career path. Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. She made sessions fun and motivating, with rewards like sweets or little toys at the end of each session (delivered to our doorstep during lockdown!) and mini competitions between her pupils over a number of sessions for bigger prizes. I highly recommend The Learning Academy. My daughter started attending at the beginning of Year 5 in preparation for her 11+ exam. Marolyn is a fantastic experienced tutor. My daughter came to Marolyn late on however she knew exactly what to work on and I knew that having Marolyn would give my daughter the best possible chance of passing. I have found out today my daughter has passed both the Shepway and Kent test. I would 100 percent recommend!

Marolyn is an excellent tutor. My daughter came to her late in the year and was behind following lockdown. Marolyn quickly assessed where she needed help and worked hard to get her to level she needed to be at. Despite the short amount of time available Marolyn managed to successfully help my daughter to pass the Kent test. My 6 year old has now started with her as well. I would recommend her services 100%
