I visited De luxe skin and beauty clinic on January and I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very professional and confident in the answers to my questions while carrying out my consultation, the therapist was very friendly, caring and reassuring while carrying out my lazer hair removal. The room that my treatment was in was beautiful and clean. The clinic as a whole is lovely giving both a welcomming yet very professional feel. I will 100% be recommending them to my friends and will be back for sure. X

The place was extremely clean , tidy and aesthetically pleasing . The stuff was welcoming and friendly and very helpful answering any questions I might had . The services were amazing , didn’t hurt at all and very detailed and careful . I would recommend this beauty clinic to all my friends and I would visit again soon ❤️

Had to move back to Wales currently but I still come to Kent to have my hair done by Ashley, as he is so great with colour correction, bleach and also gets the layers really nice. He is also super fast! I have lots of hair, very long and am naturally dark and have a lot.of platinum highlights without the condition being damaged

I have a chronic hair condition that leaves my hair thin and unable to grow, which has always impacted my confidence. When I shared my concerns with Ashley, he listened with such care and empathy. I walked into the salon feeling vulnerable, but I walked out feeling like the most confident version of myself. Ashley is nothing short of amazing. He made me feel so special, and the transformation was incredible. For some, hair might seem superficial, but when you don’t have much of it, it can be deeply upsetting. To leave the salon with a beautiful head of hair was such a confidence boost. Ashley is an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who truly listens, understands, and delivers, look no further! I can’t recommend him enough.

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Charlotte put my hair up for my son's wedding. We had a trial session the week before. Charlotte understood exactly how I wanted to look and got it right first time so I felt very confident when I went back on the day. It was a great experience. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Diamond in the dirt that one.

I attended today with my mum. I suffer with anxiety going to hairdressers because I have scalp psoriasis and find it embarrassing going to get my haircut. I also have naturally curly hair and finding a hairdressers that actually know what they are doing is quite hard to find. My appointment today was great. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) had curly hair herself and knew exactly what I was asking for and how to cut it without it being too short but to also help the curls. Plus my anxiety completely went away. So happy with my hair now and would definitely be going back. Thank you x

I've been going to Phase for years, all the girls are so lovely, it's like popping in to see friends. Kerry does my hair, she's brilliant, the cut is always fabulous and Kate does my nails - honestly, there's no one better. My nails always look amazing. We are so lucky to have Phase in Lenham, I would travel miles to have my hair & nails done here!!

I have been going to Botanical Beauty Rooms for many years now, and have experienced a range of treatments including facials, massage, pedicures, & waxing. Generally, I see the same therapist, but I have also booked in with others from time to time, & all of them are very capable & put you at ease. The products used in the salon are top quality. I always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed & pampered! It's such a lovely, friendly salon - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Botanical Beauty for over ten years mainly for gel nails. I booked ahead for my maintenance ahead for six months (much needed as Nikki is so busy, not a surprise as she's genius). I have gone in with horribly broken & missing nails damaged nailbed & nothing has phased her. She is very skilled with the gel to build nails till it grows backs. With nail bars springing up everywhere people do not appreciate the training & skill required for a proper set of nails & maintenance. I particularly like how Nikki's team are trained, qualified & certificated. Developing from school leavers onwards they have all worked there for a few years as a stable business nurturing new talent. Botanical Beauty is not like some other salons, the team are very good at what they do. It's more than just gel colour & acrylic nails, while they will manage both, as they can repair too. I'm tough on my nails so have the LED gel and I have long nails and found otherwise they did not last. The prices for treatment and products are very reasonable. I'm all finished in well under 90 minutes and have always been fitted in around work so a late afternoon appointment always worked well for me.

Amazing Salon very friendly nothing is too much trouble and so helpful if not sure what or how to do things. Always makes me feel a million dollars highly recommend this beauty and hair salon.
