I had a fantastic cut & finish with Lacey on a late mid-week evening. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable and got great personalised advice for my hair. My hair when finished looked the best it has in years. It was my first time here and definitely won’t be my last. I also received lots of compliments from colleagues and friends on my hair. Recently had cut and finish by Amber and was a really great cut and experience! She listened to what I wanted (bit of a new fringe experiment for me) she took so much care to make my hair exactly how I wanted it and was really lovely, will definitely recommend!

Its simply the best place to have your done the girls just know what you want and everyone comes out looking and feeling a million dollars . The whole team are amazing. Lovely Lara always smiling. I go with my sister to get our hair cut. My sister has hers coloured as well. We're always seen on time and get a cup of tea straightaway. Both of us pleased with the result. Parking is outside in courtyard. Would recommend .

Great, friendly, local place for ladies and gents to get a Covid safe hair cut at a decent and reasonable price. Make sure you call in and make a booking as there could be times when all their slots are fully booked up. Friendly staff and real hair experts too. I really enjoyed my experience of having my hair cut there for the first time since i left Moscow in June. Thanks ladies, I will be back too get my hair cut with you again soon.

The ladies are very friendly and give good advice. If you have issues with your hair, they will be honest, professional and helpful. If you ask for half an inch trim, they only cut half an inch off... not like other salons that ask you what you want and then do the opposite!!

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

I've been going to Phase for years, all the girls are so lovely, it's like popping in to see friends. Kerry does my hair, she's brilliant, the cut is always fabulous and Kate does my nails - honestly, there's no one better. My nails always look amazing. We are so lucky to have Phase in Lenham, I would travel miles to have my hair & nails done here!!

Had a haircut with Elise today and cannot recommend enough! Best haircut experience I have had. Elise carefully listened to me and did my hair perfectly, and exactly how I wanted it. This was funny because where I have gone somewhere else before, they have said I couldn't get a fringe because of my cow's lick, but Elise proved them wrong and gave me the perfect wispy fringe. What made the experience even better was how she talked me through it the whole time, making sure I was happy with the cut throughout, this was really nice because most hairdressers don't do this. Overall, Elise is the best person I've gone to for my hair and I will definitely be going again. I walked out feeling like a total new me, which I loved.

Had my hair dyed by the loviest lady Elise today and I am SO impressed with the transformation of my hair!! We went from a faded out red box dye colour to a beautiful 2 tone dye with dark brown and rose gold halo. I appreciated how everything was spoken into steps, reassurance, and honesty through out the whole process of the colouring. I’m still in complete awe of the transformation of my hair, it looks great! & of course brilliant chat and chill vibes through out. Anything is possible with Elise when it comes to colouring! 10/10 ✨

Sophie has been cutting my hair for many years and despite moving away from our local area, I am still drawn back to her, making the 45 minute car journey to see her. She is friendly and listens to what you want, whilst advising what could work better to suit your hair type. Highly recommend.

Sophie takes a personal interest every time. Her knowledge and advice have been especially helpful as I have been making the transition (during lockdown) from colored hair to grey.
