Had a jellyfish cut done by Ben and I’m incredibly happy with the results! The length and style is exactly what I wanted and I really felt listened to about my wants from the appointment. Highly recommend him as he was very kind and accommodating and gave me a great cut :)

Had my hair dyed by the loviest lady Elise today and I am SO impressed with the transformation of my hair!! We went from a faded out red box dye colour to a beautiful 2 tone dye with dark brown and rose gold halo. I appreciated how everything was spoken into steps, reassurance, and honesty through out the whole process of the colouring. I’m still in complete awe of the transformation of my hair, it looks great! & of course brilliant chat and chill vibes through out. Anything is possible with Elise when it comes to colouring! 10/10 ✨

I booked a last minute appointment with Elise for my 10 year old daughter yesterday and she had the most wonderful experience. It was her first time visiting a salon and she was thoroughly pampered and absolutely thrilled with her haircut. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend Elise enough.

Sophie was recommended to me when I was looking for a hairdresser for my wedding. She did an incredible job! Since then, I’m quite addicted to my visits to Sophie’s salon! She is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! I always leave her salon feeing glamorous and pretty :) Sophie has got a magic touch in her hands, she is incredibly talented, devoted, and she will make your visit truly special! Sophie takes a personal interest every time. Her knowledge and advice have been especially helpful as I have been making the transition (during lockdown) from colored hair to grey. A subtle use of highlights has given my hair a much more soft and natural look. Over the years I have never been disappointed, I always leave her salon delighted.

Sophie has been cutting my hair for many years and despite moving away from our local area, I am still drawn back to her, making the 45 minute car journey to see her. She is friendly and listens to what you want, whilst advising what could work better to suit your hair type. Highly recommend.

Recently had cut and finish by Amber and was a really great cut and experience! She listened to what I wanted (bit of a new fringe experiment for me) she took so much care to make my hair exactly how I wanted it and was really lovely, will definitely recommend!

The salon is amazing and the staff are lovely! I had a full colour and finish service by Lacey, who i definitely would recommend! As soon as I came in, I felt very comfortable with Lacey. Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! I recently began a laser treatment course at this salon, and I’m truly impressed! Having visited several other salons over the years, I’ve never experienced results as remarkable as I have here, especially after just two sessions. It's clear that the salon has invested in top-of-the-line equipment, which has made all the difference. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, especially Lydia, who performed my laser treatment. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

Helen has a wealth of knowledge In her field and always happy to offer advice on hair condition and suitable styles if requested. She works quickly and professionally, she has a fantastic way with children putting them at ease and producing Fantastic results. , I always leave feeling a valued customer. I had my haircut here after a few months of having quite long hair. firstly staff were very polite and the lady who cut my hair was very confident and helpful when it came to what sort of style I wanted as I was a bit unsure myself. By far the best hairdressers I’ve been to, a great atmosphere and very professional service, and I was really happy with how I looked afterwards. I will definitely be coming again and look forward to it !

A huge shout out to Katie. My daughter and I had travelled from California to attend a family wedding in Kent. We needed our hair done first thing in the morning in order to make it to the wedding on time. Katie went out of the way to accommodate us before the studio’s normal opening hours. She gave us soft curls and fixed our fascinators that stayed in place all day. Her hair styling was the perfect look for an English summer wedding. I would recommend Coachman’s Cottage Studio and Katie to anyone looking for excellent hair styling service.

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Charlotte put my hair up for my son's wedding. We had a trial session the week before. Charlotte understood exactly how I wanted to look and got it right first time so I felt very confident when I went back on the day. It was a great experience. Relaxed friendly atmosphere.
