Had my HD Eyebrows done by lovely Delia. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She explained the process in great detail. I love my eyebrows thank you so much can’t wait for my top up!

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

I had my hair cut done for the first time at Tip Top everyone was so friendly and chatty conversation definitely flowed throughout while having my hair done. My hair feels amazing and lighter. I will be 100% be coming back 🙂

So so pleased with my first gels from Kiris. A girl called Ella did my nails and she was really lovely and did a really great job. Would definitely go again- such a friendly atmosphere and they really cared that you got something you loved.

I have been visiting Kiri's for over a year now. Kiri has the most amazing staff who make you feel so welcome and their treatments are fantastic too. I go to Alex for my eyelash extensions and to Lily for my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Alex is the best eyelash technician that I have ever found. You feel totally relaxed whilst having the treatment and they last! Lily does the best nails and has the bubbliest personality. She has also been giving my teenage daughter facials who suffers with acne. The facial treatments have made a real difference to my daughter's skin and confidence. Then there is Robyn who is the loveliest receptionist who always makes you feel welcome x

I religiously get my nails done at Kiri’s and also enjoy a super relaxing facial! All the girls are lovely and amazing, but a shout out to Lily who normally looks after me! I guarantee you will be laughing through your appt and always a feel good vibe in there! X

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Diamond in the dirt that one.

Charlotte put my hair up for my son's wedding. We had a trial session the week before. Charlotte understood exactly how I wanted to look and got it right first time so I felt very confident when I went back on the day. It was a great experience. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. The up do lasted all day and night and I received countless compliments about it. Thank you Charlotte. You're a star !

Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Had a perfect experience with Molly, who gave me a complete restyle. Absolutely in love with my new hair, Molly did a fabulous job and she’s such a lovely person to deal with, made getting a much needed break for some self care and even better experience. 10/10, highly recommended.

Went today because I had my hair cut elsewhere last week and I was so disappointed. I looked around, but it was The Lounge instagram that sold it to me first to book that appointment, seeing real client results. All the staff were friendly, the hair wash section even had a reclining massage hair! I talked through with Betsy what I wanted and aspired to have and she was really knowledge and told me how I could achieve the style I wanted and took steps towards that goal, but I have to let my hair grow a bit. I'm so pleased with the final product, the cut sits so nice and I can't wait to go back. On top of this the atmosphere was great the salon is very stylish and comfortable and it took an hour to do my hair so it was quick and a great result! I'll be recommending this to my friends

Really pleased with my hair! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Had a thorough consultation of what I wanted beforehand and Bebe did exactly what I wanted. Also gave me advice on better quality shampoos to use, and already my hair feels less frizzy and better condition. Lovely head massage when washing hair - overall I’d highly recommend!!

Cella handled a rushed out of towner for a family event, with skill & professionalism. I’m grateful she was able to accommodate me. Brilliant cut, perfectly in proportion and styled so that it would last all day and paid attention to the details. Great advice on hair care and has some lovely organic products I’m dying to try, and gave me some samples to try out. Central location was perfect for getting to the event. As I’ll be visiting again, will definitely be back.

I’ve had a really excellent experience at The Lounge - Betsy coloured and cut my hair and I’m very pleased! There was a lot of thought and consideration from her about what would and wouldn’t work on my hair, she was very honest and I really appreciate that. Really happy with the end result which is super natural looking and also going to be much easier for me to maintain. Thank you!
