Such a friendly Salon, welcomed in and felt at ease straight away. They listened to what I was looking for and provided an amazing service. I'm very pleased with my cut and style by Libbie and will be going back regularly to help with the upkeep of my hair. Thank you for my new look.

Went to see Vicki today for a treatment and blow dry, 1st time of going there after being with the same hairdresser for 26 years. Absolutely loved it very friendly and done a great Job, booked for a couple of weeks time for cut & colour

A huge shout out to Katie. My daughter and I had travelled from California to attend a family wedding in Kent. We needed our hair done first thing in the morning in order to make it to the wedding on time. Katie went out of the way to accommodate us before the studio’s normal opening hours. She gave us soft curls and fixed our fascinators that stayed in place all day. Her hair styling was the perfect look for an English summer wedding. I would recommend Coachman’s Cottage Studio and Katie to anyone looking for excellent hair styling service.

I had my haircut here after a few months of having quite long hair. firstly staff were very polite and the lady who cut my hair was very confident and helpful when it came to what sort of style I wanted as I was a bit unsure myself. By far the best hairdressers I’ve been to, a great atmosphere and very professional service, and I was really happy with how I looked afterwards. I will definitely be coming again and look forward to it !

Since my first visit to Beau Clinic, I have been blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I had an in depth skin scan on my first appointment which outlined my concerns and Lydia put together a clear treatment plan on how to get to my goal… I’m 4 months in and I could not be happier with my results so far and can’t wait for my next Hydrafacial! Highly recommend

My first visit today was a triumph!...Great salon with a quietly luxurious ambience. All the staff I met were absolutely lovely, Ocean was my therapist today....the treatment I had was the 'Winter warmer'...a delicious mix of 3 treatments that compliment each other perfectly, I left practically 'floating'. Highly recommend....it felt like I'd had a real treat...great experience.

If I could give a higher rating I would. Charmaine is amazing at what she does as well as being polite, professional and making it a very personal experience every time you visit. All of the staff you come into contact with on your visit are friendly and polite including reception who always make you feel welcome and attended to.

Thatch hairdresser is run and owned by a lovely lady called Anne Webster in the glorious village of Boughton under Blean, Faversham. Very welcoming friendly staff.. And good prices..

I looked around, but it was The Lounge instagram that sold it to me first to book that appointment, seeing real client results. All the staff were friendly, the hair wash section even had a reclining massage hair! I talked through with Betsy what I wanted and aspired to have and she was really knowledge and told me how I could achieve the style I wanted and took steps towards that goal, but I have to let my hair grow a bit. I'm so pleased with the final product, the cut sits so nice and I can't wait to go back. On top of this the atmosphere was great the salon is very stylish and comfortable and it took an hour to do my hair so it was quick and a great result! I'll be recommending this to my friends

Really pleased with my hair! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Had a thorough consultation of what I wanted beforehand and Bebe did exactly what I wanted. Also gave me advice on better quality shampoos to use, and already my hair feels less frizzy and better condition. Lovely head massage when washing hair - overall I’d highly recommend!!

I’ve had a really excellent experience at The Lounge - Betsy coloured and cut my hair and I’m very pleased! There was a lot of thought and consideration from her about what would and wouldn’t work on my hair, she was very honest and I really appreciate that.
