I had my 50th birthday celebration here. The host is very easy to work with. Highly responsible family. The location is amazing. My guests were blown away by the ambience. It's very spacious for my party. The toilets are super clean and sophisticated. I highly recommend this venue. The price is also great. Thank you for hosting my 50th birthday celebration.

Saf provided an amazing blank canvas allowing us to create our own completely unique wedding. It was fantastic. He was on hand constantly to assist with any issues that we encountered. The venue is absolutely gorgeous.

Fantastic venue, a hidden gem, we had all day friday to set up, all day Sunday to clear up, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Great party venue for our big birthday celebration. We had the freedom of the estate and our guests loved the vastness of the site. Saf and his team provided us all the tools we needed to be a great host. Plenty of parking available with a parking attendant on site to ensure everyone parked safely. Site was clean and the toilets were the real surprise. Clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this venue for all your parties, weddings and receptions.

We hired the indoor bar for our wedding and couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Not only did everyone rave about how nice and friendly James and his team were but they had an amazing array of drinks and were very accommodating with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They also fit us in even after having to rearrange 4 times! Excellent addition to any event or wedding! Thank you 😁

We met James at a wedding fair. He quickly organised for us to visit the property and we fell in love with it. Communication with James was amazing. I asked him SO many questions, many outside work hours, he was always ready to help with answers. He made us feel at ease. Our guests all commented on the uniqueness of the venue. We hired your events for our wedding and from start to finish the team couldn't have been more helpful. They replied to emails promptly, answered all my questions, and made arranging everything very easy. On the day James and the team were amazing, they arrived before us and helped with decorations that had fallen, set up the music and were so so friendly. During the day they served the delicious food promptly, we're so chatty and friendly to all the guests, the bar staff were amazing, the bar was stocked brilliantly and had everything my guests wanted. We had our team offsite at The Oak Barn and it was perfect from start to end - the venue, the suppliers recommended, all the staff! The location! It is a truly gorgeous place. Especially for us Londoners that need some county air!! Deana and Tim are the nicest people to work with ever, the communication before the event and during made everything so easy. I really appreciate how much effort they put in to make the day a success. I’ve had multiple people ask me about the venue after they’ve seen photographs and everyone is already asking if we can go back again next year!! It was a real pleasure to visit The Oak Barn again this time to perform for the newlyweds Abbie & Tom, the venue grounds are well kept and a beautiful setting for such a special occasion, the barn is a great space to host the evening party with a raised stage area for the bands to perform on, the staff are there to greet on arrival, friendly and helpful throughout and one of Kent’s finest wedding venues! We recently had our wedding at The Oak Barn and it was the perfect place. The barn and surroundings are absolutely beautiful, the fact you can spend the whole weekend there really makes the wedding feel special with plenty of time to set up and relax. We had our wedding in October 2024 at the Oak Barn Frame Farm and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue! From the moment we looked around the barn, we both knew it was the place for us. Having 3 barns meant we were able to keep our 50 guests entertained and still have beautiful spaces. We weren’t sure what to expect with dry-hire, but the barn is so beautiful it could be kept minimal if you’re on a budget, but being able to personalise it to how we wanted it made it extra special for us. The open fields, waterfall and sheep meant we got some amazing photos (from our photographer Matt Birchall) as well as the best memories. Chrystelle couldn’t have been more helpful, from her communication in planning, to the materials provided in the run up to the wedding, and her excellent organisation on the day meaning our wedding ran seamlessly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The list of trusted suppliers was great too, and we used quite a few who were also great. The accommodation on site was an added bonus for us and family, and all of our friends and family commented on what a perfect venue we’d chosen. Being environmentally focused was also a huge bonus for us, as it really aligned with our values. Thank you to all at the Oak Barn for giving us the happiest day!

Brilliant company! (To say the least) I booked these gorgeous chairs a few days before Christmas. The chairs were dropped off on Christmas eve. I couldn't be more grateful especially after booking at such short notice. EMW really saved from a tone of stress. The chairs are so stylish and added the extra touch of glamour my dinner table needed. Thanks EMW I'll defo book with you again!!

Professional service right from start to finish. The EMW team kept in constant communication with me in the lead up to my event and presented the various options in which I could personalise my event. They took care of everything from the catering, to dj hire to set-up and decorations. In the end, I was surprised at how well the event turned out and it exceeded my expectations. My guests were able to testify to this. For this I am most grateful to the EMV team for all they have done!

I ordered some food for my 30th birthday gathering, and was very pleased with the food. All our guests loved the fried rice and the puff puff was gone very quickly! We are looking to order regular meals as well in the near future, as we’re very happy with the service & food.

What an incredible week spent on the Elite Course with the Wedding Planner School. As an aspiring wedding planner the course was just the thing I was looking for x1000. We were lucky enough to stay in the grounds of Leeds Castle for a week which was a magical experience whilst getting to know my course mates, who were all really supportive of one another. The daily classroom sessions (theory and practical) went into great detail and there was lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the opportunity to work on a real wedding towards the end of the week was brilliant and gives you great insight as to what you can expect. All in all, the course was the perfect springboard for my next step towards becoming a wedding planner. Thanks to Pippa and Amber for everything you continue to put into it!

I recently completed the 1:1 course in Wedding Planning & Business marketing. I was very impressed with how the course was structured. I was given 8 books which I read before the 1:1 session which I found to be incredibly detailed & informative. The 1:1 session was engaging and I really enjoyed Pippa's teaching style. I found Pippa to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the wedding industry and how I could work to develop my business and succeed. I really appreciated the time Pippa took to help me work on my branding and develop a realistic business plan. I would definitely recommend the WPS and I feel confident to begin my journey as a wedding planner.

I attended the course in May 2023. It was fantastic! Pippa and her team are so knowledgeable and you learn so much. I can't recommend this course enough if you're serious about a career in weddings planning. I did so much research into courses and you won't find a more comprehensive, more enjoyable course.

The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout. Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. We recently had the pleasure of having Kayleigh and her team do some decor for my daughter’s wedding. Working in events myself I was a little picky with choosing someone to do what I consider to be an extremely important part of any celebration! We met with Kayleigh and I knew straight away she understood my daughter’s vision. I also gave Kayleigh the not so easy task of creating a disco ball canopy in the orangery at the venue my daughter had chosen. They absolutely smashed it! It was the talking point of the wedding breakfast. The signage they provided was perfect and the many candles were stunning. Kayleigh was easy to work with and I’d highly recommend using this company.

The service from BeeZees creation is topnotch, Tessie is excellent with her craft, she goes beyond and above what is expected just to deliver the best service to the customer, my wedding decoration was superb.

Upon booking BeeZees for hiring their gold cutlery for our wedding this year I was slightly worried as some reviews I'd read were not great. However, I'd found it impossible to find anyone hiring out gold cutlery at a reasonable price so decided to chance it! And I don't regret my choice! Things went very smoothly before the wedding, we confirmed dates they would be sent out which did end up being a day later than planned I believe as she needed proof of address but that still gave us plenty of time for them to arrive in time. There were some missing from what we hired, human error, and that was rectified as quickly as possible and again did arrive in time (although it was a teeny bit stressful). The cutlery was exactly what we wanted and all clean and in good condition. My parents had to sort out the return for me as we went straight on our honeymoon which was no problem. She really was very nice, replied pretty quickly every time I sent a message and helped me get organised for my parents doing the return etc etc we also had lots of well wishes for our wedding/honeymoon and congratulations which was lovely ☺️ the only fault I would mention is that when we returned from our honeymoon I requested our deposit back and was told all of the cutlery was received and she will process it right away. However, a week later it turned out they were not checked immediately and now there were 43 items missing and after calling our venue and speaking to my parents who confirmed they counted before posting back, we absolutely could not see a way in which we misplaced that many pieces of cutlery. I sincerely hope they have found them now and perhaps they were taken for something else before a proper inventory was done or something, I really don't know but we did still get our deposit back which we really appreciate. I'm sure we would use this company again in the future as despite the minor issues at the end it was still handled very well and the gold cutlery was a perfect little touch!

If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! Chic were amazing! We hired them for our wedding flowers and they delivered. The consultation was perfect as Tammy listened to our vision of what we wanted. We were also able to adapt our choices as we started to have better visions as we engaged with other suppliers and saw various inspiration. The flowers lasted ages after the wedding, so the enjoyment could continue after the big day. I absoultely loved my bouquet with all the special flowers and it was great to be able to have one of my favourite flowers in there even though it was only at the start of the season. Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked.
