I was introduce/ recommended to BeeZees Creation by my Daughters friend. I first hired their products in August 2022 for my Daughters 30th and was very impressed by their Service. All my questions were answered, delivery and collection were on time, hired products were in very good condition and looked amazing for the events I had. I hired a sofa for a friends birthday. Customer service is on point. Tessie is very friendly and very good with what she does. I watch her deco for ideas and she’s extremely talented. Upon booking BeeZees for hiring their gold cutlery for our wedding this year I was slightly worried as some reviews I'd read were not great. However, I'd found it impossible to find anyone hiring out gold cutlery at a reasonable price so decided to chance it! And I don't regret my choice! Things went very smoothly before the wedding, we confirmed dates they would be sent out which did end up being a day later than planned I believe as she needed proof of address but that still gave us plenty of time for them to arrive in time. There were some missing from what we hired, human error, and that was rectified as quickly as possible and again did arrive in time (although it was a teeny bit stressful). The cutlery was exactly what we wanted and all clean and in good condition. My parents had to sort out the return for me as we went straight on our honeymoon which was no problem. She really was very nice, replied pretty quickly every time I sent a message and helped me get organised for my parents doing the return etc etc we also had lots of well wishes for our wedding/honeymoon and congratulations which was lovely ☺️ the only fault I would mention is that when we returned from our honeymoon I requested our deposit back and was told all of the cutlery was received and she will process it right away. However, a week later it turned out they were not checked immediately and now there were 43 items missing and after calling our venue and speaking to my parents who confirmed they counted before posting back, we absolutely could not see a way in which we misplaced that many pieces of cutlery. I sincerely hope they have found them now and perhaps they were taken for something else before a proper inventory was done or something, I really don't know but we did still get our deposit back which we really appreciate. I'm sure we would use this company again in the future as despite the minor issues at the end it was still handled very well and the gold cutlery was a perfect little touch!
