I'd give 6 stars if I could. I've used Servecom for works multiple times at my premises and recommended them for local family too. The service, knowledge and customer care you receive from Simon and his team is second to none. It's incredibly difficult to find good, reliable tradesmen but fortunately Servecom are the exception. Works completed include complete replacement of incoming gas mains, gas safety tests, boiler service, immersion heater replacement and much more it'd be to difficult to list. Always available, courteous and exceptional quality work.

Have used Mark before and always been extremely pleased with his work. We needed emergency work on our sink plumbing before Christmas. Mark as always arrived when he said he would but we encountered difficulties as stop cocks had all seized and could not close them. We had our downstairs cloakroom completely refitted. The quote for the work was provided quickly and in detail. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was completed to a very high standard. We were consulted at all stages of the work and the staff were always polite. Where needed they bought the materials required for the refit. At each stage of the work the area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Plumbing Angels without hesitation.

Needed help with my elderly mum's temperamental boiler. Plumbing Angels sent me Alex the same day, who had a careful dig around in the boiler, diagnosed a blocked pipe and managed to suck out the blockage with good humour, no fuss and no mess. [We still don't know how a 10 inch twig got down there?!] Great company, highly recommended.

I phoned Adam in an emergency with water leaking from my boiler about 17:00, and going away for a few days the following morning. He was able to offer a plumber between 8:00 and 10:00 the following morning. Suggested turning off the boiler which slowed the leak down to a slow drip that we could collect. Neil duly arrived and identified the problem. Part required that he knew would not be in stock, but he was able to stop it dripping. Upon our return we turned on the immersion to give us hot water only to discover it was not working. A phone call to Adam produced Luke the a couple of days later (we returned on a week-end) to replace the immersion and the next day Darren to replace and test the required boiler part. We now have a fully functioning boiler and emergency immersion heater. All plumbers were friendly, professional and did superb jobs. Adam organised speedy responses, and charged sensible prices for quick responses. Thank you Cannot praise the Company highly enough.

Aiden was recommended by a friend and I highly recommend his services. He has repaired my leaking bath pipe and recently installed a new kitchen mixer tap quickly and efficiently. I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. After discussing some issues we were having, he proceeded to do a full service and identified and solved the problem with the heating. James was fantastic and came to do a few jobs for us such as fitting a new radiator and a stop clock for us. Chris came out at short notice recently to a relatives property, after the hot water tank began to leak. Prompt service, good communication & price. Sorted issue quickly too. Also sorted the dripping tap at no extra cost. I have a happy relative and was one less thing for me to worry about. Relative now has his number in case she needs it again (and saves her bothering me!)

We used Chris from Ansell to install a family bathroom and en-suite. His work is fabulous, as is he. Such a nice man and his work ethic is 'old school'. He works very hard, neatly (he spends a fair amount of time with a spirit level), tidily and you don't really know he's there unless he's smacking the life out of some wall tiles! Even our Labrador loved him. We are so very pleased with our new bathrooms and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

We were looking to get our bathroom refitted and received lots of quotes from other companies either with ridiculous prices or saying that the work would be extremely difficult for them and might take a few months. Many couldn’t provide an end to end solution which would have left us with a half finished bathroom waiting on a tiler. We then had Chris visit who was efficient, said the job wouldn’t be a problem for him and quoted us a decent rate for it. Some problems were found during the refit due to damp and issues with our tiles and bathroom furniture being damaged but he managed to help us resolve these issues promptly and efficiently without taking making much longer or charging much more than originally quoted. Our bathroom is done beautifully and Chris has a real attention to detail. We can’t thank him enough and would 100% recommend him to everyone from small jobs to a full bathroom refit!
