We've used Aquahero a couple of times now. Natalie is so quick at getting back to you via WhatsApp for bookings and any queries you have and is very clear in her communication. Chan always arrives promptly to complete the plumbing work and is very polite, tidy and great at his job. Thank you both so much. It's great to have such a reliable plumbing service on our doorstep.

Chan did a fantastic job at our new place installing a washing machine. It needed new indoor pipework and outer waste pipe drainage. He was efficient and did a neat, clean job, ensuring that the new pipes were as discrete as was possible. Couldn't be happier with the work and will definitely use again!

An excellent service. The Heating Network spent time talking through and fully understanding our requirements. They quickly gave us a competitive and comprehensive quote. From our initial query to the installation of our new Worcester boiler they were exceptionally professional - listening and advising as needed, and always with a very speedy response time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

I needed a new boiler after my old one was deemed dangerous. A family friend recommended Aquacomp Ltd, and despite being on holiday, Bozhidar answered my call, thoroughly explaining everything and providing a quote. He even contacted manufacturers to ensure the right boiler for my property. On installation day, he arrived on time, kept my home clean, and went above and beyond, replacing old pipes for a better finish. Bozhidar came to replace an old gas pipe that was undersized for the requirements and improve the gas flow to my boiler. The job was incredibly challenging and complex, as it involved removing my furnitures, carpet, laminate and flooring. Despite the difficulty, he did an exceptional job. He reinstalled the flooring and carpet perfectly and vacuumed the entire area afterward. He left my house in the same way he found it. His work was highly professional and meticulous. I can’t recommend him enough!
