We have just had our very old, downstairs cloakroom replaced. The price we were quoted was fair and did not change part way through the job. All the work was completed professionally and cleaned up beautifully at the end. Helped us to decided on what would fit in best, as we were very indecisive. Very happy with the new look.

Used Victor plumbing & Heating to replace my Triton electric shower unit that had packed up. Came round on the same day (Saturday) to look at it. New shower unit was installed 2 days later. Much appreciated the prompt, professional service. Will definitely be using him again.

Charlie did a complete batheoom makeover for us. He was reliable, professional and carried out all the work to our satisfaction. He was very responsive to a few snagging issues (expected on all large works) and has sorted everything for us. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Would recommend Charlie!

Excellent service. The engineer turned up when he said he would and did a good job of servicing our boiler. He pointed out a problem with our gas tap and called the company responsible on our behalf. He also identified a problem with the automatic air vent whch he replaced. We would highly recommend Thanet Gas to undertake work.

The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

I was warned finding reliable tradesmen would be my biggest problem moving back to the UK. And that has largely been the case. However, Freeflo has been a breath of fresh air. We are Landlords and own several properties in the Margate area. We have used Marvin and his team at Free Flo for many years. They carry out annual safety checks for us, they have replaced boilers for us and have often gone to the rescue of our tenants when they have a boiler breakdown. Definitely recommended! Lee and his 'moling' guys did a great job installing a new water supply pipe for us, to replace an old leaking one. Ours wasn't a straightforward job, but Lee is very experienced and worked out the best way to do it - on time and on budget. Very happy.

Lee replaced several radiators for us and altered pipework; the service was excellent, looks great and the house is much warmer!😊Lee completed the work promptly and cleared up behind himself. Reasonably costed job. Also came to replace our shower at short notice and will definitely be our "go to man" for anything else we need from now on.

Can’t recommend Lee enough. Polite and professional,Quick to respond, quick to pop over and investigate the issues we had with our boiler and quick to fit us in and sort the problems out. Lee explained what the issue and the solution was, and was upfront and honest with pricing (even phoned for costs of parts in front of me). I’ve been let down by unreliable trades in the past who suddenly double their estimated cost after turning up days later than agreed .. So will use Lee again, and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. The guys were out within in a really reasonable time frame and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price too! Thank you Noel and team!
