Graham came out to service my combi boiler and carry out an underfloor heating check. We are new to the area so this was a bit of random pick (although these reviews helped) and we hit the jackpot! Friendly, professional, tidy, great value and reliable. Very knowledgeable and able to explain quite complicated systems to me in simple terms that I could understand, adding lots of helpful advice. Reassuring to have his contact details in my phone, highly recommended.

I contacted Graham as he’d worked on my boiler for the previous flat owner. So pleased I went to Graham myself, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Graham was generous with his time, answered my first-time homeowner questions, had very good advice for things I can do in time, but absolutely no obligation to do now, which I really appreciated. I will ask Graham to service the boiler again in a year’s time and will not hesitate to contact him if I need any plumbing services in the interim. Thank you Graham!

I was warned finding reliable tradesmen would be my biggest problem moving back to the UK. And that has largely been the case. However, Freeflo has been a breath of fresh air. Marvin is an excellent communicator and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s fast to respond, explains things clearly and has gone above and beyond to help with multiple issues I’ve had with my new house. Paul and Mike have been great too in fixing various issues around my house. If you’re looking for reliable plumbers and heating specialists with great customer service, Freeflo is your company. We are Landlords and own several properties in the Margate area. We have used Marvin and his team at Free Flo for many years. They carry out annual safety checks for us, they have replaced boilers for us and have often gone to the rescue of our tenants when they have a boiler breakdown. We have found them a fantastic company to deal with, they are prompt, efficient, communicate and reply to requests quickly and have a very fair pricing structure. The guys came to look at a faulty thermostat and tried a quick fix by cleaning it out, as it had been corroded by damp following a leak. When that didn't work, they speedily found a replacement on the Internet (that particular model being discontinued) and returned to install it with no additional call-out fee. Very efficient and helpful service.

Great Service. Had a problem with the hot water cutting out, the engineer that visited was able to diagnose the fault straight away and suggest a repair at a reasonable price. He carried out the work straight away, and tested to make sure it was all fixed. I would recommend their service to anyone.

We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. I hired Ashley for a complete new boiler installation, all new radiators and one old one moving, he also fed new H&C pipes to bathroom & kitchen for us to complete the final fix. I was really happy with the quote Ashley provided it was bang on the money, he was professional, prompt and reliable. His work is extremely neat, I was surprised how smart the cables were leading to the boiler it was almost OCD! He is a very friendly chap and nice to chat to, very comfortable which can always be a concern as a woman hiring a male tradesperson. I will get Ashley back for any future works I might need doing.

During a fairly major piece of building work, including an extension, new kitchen and updates to our water, gas and electricity services, we discovered that we needed, apart from 6 new radiators plus overhaul of the kitchen water supply and provision, an upgraded boiler to improve the energy efficiency of our extended heating system. We asked Ash from A Parsons Plumbing and Heating to supply and fit all the new pipework, the new radiators, two outside taps and also a new, improved, A+ condensing boiler. Ash came out, went over our plans, talked through what he was planning, adjusted his plans slightly as we wanted the majority of the pipework buried in walls or in the loft, and he gave us a timescale with prices. The work was split into three phases, so doing the kitchen first, then all the first fixes, and finally fitting the new boiler with all Hive controls plus second fix, commissioning and pressure / leak testing. His attention to detail is exemplary. constantly checking with us that the work was ok, showing us any snags he had come across, working out fixes and still coming in on budget. A very tidy worker, he was conscious of the fact that I also work from home so he kept any noise to a minimum and advised before hand if he was expecting to cause any disruption. Fantastic work, brilliant price and Ash is now our go to plumber for any work required.

I would highly recommend Mr Parsons following the work he carried out at my home. I had a new boiler installed and re-sited within the cellar. The work included an additional radiator and extensive pipe work, all carried out to the highest standard and at a very competitive price. I will certainly use the business again.

Honestly, we can't thank Nigel enough for his work once again, go back down these reviews and you'll see he saved us from a previous leak not 18months ago from our bathroom into the kitchen. Called him up less than 90 minutes ago for a leak in a central heating pipe (It wasnt quite 8am). He's been, he's fixed it and we now have everything working again!
