Wow what a service!! Called in the hope someone could fit a new kitchen tap & source a leak & Ryan said he could have one of his lads with us in 2 hours….just over an hour later someone arrived….extremely polite, boots off & straight to work! After trying to find a plumber to help with our underfloor heating and replacing radiators for weeks with no joy and being let down by others it was nice to see Ryan and his team know how to treat their customers right! This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.
