Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I wil, defiantly be using them again whenever & have already recommended them to friends & family. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I've used Simon for an emergency repair to our hot water and ongoing service and maintenance of our boiler. Simon was helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and the work itself was top class. Couldn't ask for anything more. Impeccable service, would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Absolutely the go to guys for gas and plumbing works. Works completed: fitted new gas pipe from supply to boiler as well as replacing old 22mm and 15mm valves that were letting buy.
