I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Having approached other companies locally for quotes on a new boiler system Your Heat where the most professional from beginning to end. From the original site visit and thorough evaluation of my existing set-up, recommendations were made, and benefits explained. None of the incessant banging on about their time at British Gas or the intrusive what do you do questions? Your Heat took time to understand what I wanted and discussed other potential improvements that could be made. As well as the boiler replacement I had a couple of radiators that needed attention for faulty valves and leaks, this prompted the conversation about the slightly wonky radiator in the hall which they offered to rehang whilst doing other work. The engineer (James) who came to do the work was brilliant, he kept me informed of timings and was extremely positive and friendly throughout the 2 days, made sure he addressed every element of the install, including that former wonky radiator. Service like this has to be experienced to be believed, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Your Heat in future.

We wanted to move our hot water cylinder and emergency boilers to a different location on our middle floor. After receiving few quotes we chose to go with Your Heat as they were very responsive, pro-active and offered a reasonable price and reassurance regarding quality. Communication and booking was very smooth and easy. The works have been completed on time as agreed and to a very high standard. We had Dave on site and he was brilliant, left everything clean and tidy and also was very helpful in explaining everything to us. Definitely recommend Your Heat to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!

We were extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Tom was professional and knowledgeable when carrying out the original survey, and we received a detailed quote very quickly. The price compared favourably with the other quotes we had arranged, so it was their professional manner which sealed the deal. The fitter, Lee Parker, arrived promptly on both days and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. He was very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and was courteous at all times. He and his apprentice were a credit to the company. I highly recommend them.

I have just bought a property and discovered that the previous owners had been having problems with the sewer drains for years. DHM attended my property for a blocked drain on same day. Cleared blockage and sourced 2 problems (broken inspection hatch cover that had dropped into the pipe and a plunger from a drain rod stuck further down the pipe) Both problems found and fixed within an hour. Paul was polite and courteous and I considered his price to be exceptionally cheap! I can’t recommend highly enough and he was actually recommended to me by a Dynorod call handler.
