I recently contacted first4drains to address some persistent drainage issues in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless. Matthew was one of there technicians who was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection and clearly explained the problem, offering me several options for repair. The work itself was done efficiently, and they took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving. What impressed me the most was he’s attention to detail; they cleaned up the work area impeccably, leaving no mess behind.

We were in the need of a new boiler, we knew that Gascade were a very reputable and reliable company with years of knowledge and expertise in this field, we contacted them and Stuart came down to survey the job and talk us through the best course of action for what we wanted and required, he was very knowledgeable in his field of work, he advised of relocating and explaining throughly of how the job would be started through to the finished product, he gave us options of what we needed and explained everyone and why he had picked them, when we were ready to go Richard and Gabby came and done the works for us with minimal fuss, explaining everything they were doing along the way they, it was a very awkward install, nothing fazed them and they got the install done with ease to a very high standard which me and my wife were very impressed with big thanks to Richard and Gabby Our go to company now for any plumbing and heating works will be Gascade from now on these guys go above and beyond Many thanks again all Joe and Nicola Cooper

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Lucas as always was very accommodating fitting me in asap. Very professional, informative and excellent work. I cannot praise him enough. He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. I will always use him for any plumbing work and have recommended him to friend and family who have also used his services.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Simply put Brad is fantastic - his quality of work, attention to detail and communication is first class. Brad undertook a full rip out and replacement of our one pipe system converting it to a two pipe flow and return - installing an unvented system, boiler and multiple radiators. As long as he’s around he will be undertaking all plumbing work at our property and have no need to source an alternative - we highly recommend him

We had a new shower fitted by Brad and new tiling. The job wasn't easy as our room wasn't square but we can't express enough how brilliant he was from start to finish.
