The guys at First4Drains are a pleasure to deal with and always helpful. They are my 1-stop-shop for everything drains/plumbing related and always resolve any issue I have. Their office staff including the lovely Aimee are ever helpful, whatever the problem. Keep up the great work guys!

First for drains came to my house to sort out our blockage. The team were extremely explanatory of what they needed to do. Alfie was polite and friendly and we were more than satisfied with the works completed.

Bob was called out to our property for a blocked pipe which was spilling sewage into our garden. He worked quickly and efficiently to find and resolve the problem and made sure to leave the scene as clean as possible before leaving. Bob was very friendly and we are very happy with his service.

The guys did a really professional job from start to finish. They firstly provided really good advice and then a clear and detailed written quote. They carried out a combination boiler installation over two days and did a really excellent and clean job. Having had bad plumbing experiences in the past with other tradesmen, I'm so pleased I got gastek to do this job. Very highly recommended!

Our shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up. The plumber arrived promptly, used professional tools to clear the blockage, and ensured the drain was working perfectly. Their thorough and friendly service was exceptional.

My bathroom was backed up causing all 3 bathrooms to back up sewage water into the shower. At 9:30pm I google plumbing and Swift Plumber was the first Swift Plumber I seen i called they found a tech by 11:40 pm both Jordan and Aziz came out took care of the problem clean the sewage pipe with the snake. It was a big fur ball that clogged our pipe. Both Jordan & Aziz were very efficient & quick explained the problem told me what kind of pipe I have and why that happened. I never knew what pipe I had so that was good to know. I would definitely recommend this company. You also have 6months warranty. Thank you guys for coming out so late!!

I needed to replace a shower mixer that was about 12 years old for my 80 year old father. They were helpful and had the exact same item in stock. I have always found them very helpful and as a non plumber they don't make you feel like an idiot. A great local business.

Very experienced and professional. Brian & Neil installed a new boiler, turned out to be a much more complex than originally thought but did it so efficiently and with ease. Completed within the day. Would recommend!!

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.
