Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. The heating has been off and we can tweet it to come on so the house is warm when we go home. THANKYOU Tony for another great job. Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, he is coming back in the new year to fit new radiators for us. Definitely recommend.

Simply put Brad is fantastic - his quality of work, attention to detail and communication is first class. Brad undertook a full rip out and replacement of our one pipe system converting it to a two pipe flow and return - installing an unvented system, boiler and multiple radiators. As long as he’s around he will be undertaking all plumbing work at our property and have no need to source an alternative - we highly recommend him

We had a new shower fitted by Brad and new tiling. The job wasn't easy as our room wasn't square but we can't express enough how brilliant he was from start to finish. He was punctual, informative, enthusiastic, tidy, skilful, knowledgeable, professional and SO hard working and nothing was too much trouble. We are so glad to have found such a fantastic plumber. Brad recently replaced our bath and shower cubicle and we are extremely pleased with his work. He is very reasonably priced and is a top class tradesman. He was punctual every day, worked very hard, was extremely respectul and a very easy guy to get along with. We knew we had a problem with drainage before Brad started the job but he had a contact and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss or stress to us. The finish of the job is perfect due to his attention to detail and he cleared up everything at the end of each day. we would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend him and we will be using Brad for all our future plumbing work. My bathroom was backed up causing all 3 bathrooms to back up sewage water into the shower. At 9:30pm I google plumbing and Swift Plumber was the first Swift Plumber I seen i called they found a tech by 11:40 pm both Jordan and Aziz came out took care of the problem clean the sewage pipe with the snake. It was a big fur ball that clogged our pipe. Both Jordan & Aziz were very efficient & quick explained the problem told me what kind of pipe I have and why that happened. I never knew what pipe I had so that was good to know. I would definitely recommend this company. You also have 6months warranty. Thank you guys for coming out so late!!

Sean from Brian's plumbing came to investigate a problem with our hot water system. Spent time checking everything and advised was a fault with our water softener and advised us to contact a water softener engineer. Problem with our dishwasher which Sean checked and advised this can sometimes happen, run it again and if it happens again, give us a call. He was right, no problem. An honest trustworthy company and we would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Have used Brian's (mainly his son Neil) for a number of years now. He did a superb job on the ensuite for our loft five years ago (as well as fitting rads etc) and regularly services the boiler. As money was tight, we decided to use a local 'builder' from Gravesend to do the refurb for our family bathroom. Complete disaster. Had to get Neil and team in to fix leaks and recheck all connections. Again, did a superb job. Very professional. You defo get what you pay for.
