The Gentleman who cut several keys for me was very helpful and polite I always go there to get any key done as they are cut with care I would recommend Keyway to anybody who needs keys cutting

Always proved exceptionally helpful to me in my work role. Martin the engineer is efficient in his work and will endeavour to fix a lock rather then replace it wherever possible. Ross and Brad are helpful in the shop, with Andrea always being courteous and extremely helpful on the telephone. Lots of choice of locks, keys, etc. in the shop, but so much more available to be ordered as required

We had to call out the locksmith as keys were left in door when closed , after speaking to the lady who answered the phone, she said that she will call back and let me know how long we would have to wait, she called back within 5mins and said that the locksmith would be with us in 10mins , he turned up and within a minute the front door was open. I just wanted to say. The service I received today by Bradley Smith, was nothing but exceptional! I work in a customer facing industry. I had an issue with my very troublesome car key. I've was informed it's not straight forward job. Bradley could of just sent me on my way and buy a new car key. But no, 2 hours later. my car key is working and witnessing first hand, wasn't an easy job. Keyway should be very proud of Brad. As a result you have a customer for life.
