Great service from Jamie. I found the business on google, messaged Jamie on WhatsApp and he replied back within a few days. Very helpful, changed 4 door locks and provided great pricing. Beforehand he didn’t need photos or much detail about the job which kept it nice and simple, also shows that he is experienced. I asked on arrival if he could put up the ring doorbell and he did that too for a small extra fee which I had no problem in paying as the convenience mattered more to me. Jamie put me in contact with another person with other bits needed in my property. Overall great service, friendly guy and got the job done quick. Thanks a lot!

Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service.
