Went to Timpsons in Sainsbury's at Westwood Cross yesterday morning. I wanted to print 2 photos of my grandchildren from my phone, but I'm in my 70s and not very tech savvy. I need not have worried. The charming assistant went through the whole process with me. There was a problem finding the photos I wanted, but he knew a different way of getting them which I could never have done. I didn't feel rushed at all. He gave me all the time I needed and was so kind and polite. I came away with the 2 beautiful photos I wanted, and a spare set for just £2.60. I wish I'd asked his name. Excellent service indeed. Thank you so much.

I went to the Ramsgate store and was greeted by a new fella called Tom and he was a breath off fresh air , lovely and fast … nice guy for real 😊 made me laugh

Took some shoes in for a repair and the guy Tom did it right there and then. Lovely bloke, will definitely be my go-to now.
