Ordered a duplicatew key for an obscure blank on-line with a photo of said key. They called me to double check the lock before cutting the key. Arrived the next day and was perfect. Highly reccomended.

Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.

I came to this shop with an unconventional issue involving my car keys, the cutting technician gave great advice which cost me nothing to resolve the problem short term while ordering parts with no garentee I'd even be back, as soon as the part where in called me straight back and fixed the larger problem saving me at least £150 quoted by other lock smiths and offered me further service again a fraction of the price from other providers, already recommended him to my colleges with similar problems and will absolutely be back, massive thank you to Ben!

Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Absolute Security recently attended our school site to carry out remedial works on our toilet block doors. Their team was friendly, professional, and polite throughout the process. Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

This is the 2nd time Gary has come to the rescue. The 1st time was several years ago to replace a garage lock, and today to replace a front door lock. Went to Timpsons in Sainsbury's at Westwood Cross yesterday morning. I wanted to print 2 photos of my grandchildren from my phone, but I'm in my 70s and not very tech savvy. I need not have worried. The charming assistant went through the whole process with me. There was a problem finding the photos I wanted, but he knew a different way of getting them which I could never have done. I didn't feel rushed at all. He gave me all the time I needed and was so kind and polite. I came away with the 2 beautiful photos I wanted, and a spare set for just £2.60. I wish I'd asked his name. Excellent service indeed. Thank you so much.
